Copper House was a perfect location for our city break.

We loved the location - wonderful views over the waterfront - close to centre of town- metro station and buses very close. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. We appreciated the quietness within the building. We appreciated the very pleasant people on reception plus the fact someone was there all the time - especially when we needed to borrow a corkscrew!

We would have appreciated either more cushions on the sofa (it was a very wide seat!) or an extra easy chair. Generally we were happy.

The location was ideal and the building was safe and secure. Staff on site were helpful.

Copperhouse definitely stay again

Nice clean, spacious apartment. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with a bathroom. One of the bedrooms had an ensuite shower, toilet, sink a big plus 😊 3 double sizes beds. All kitchen essential equipment plus dishwasher and washer/dryer, large fridge. No TV, but we thought that was a plus - lots of conversation and relaxation. Lovely reception area and staff. Clean lifts. Great views of the Albert dock 😊

No, tea, coffee, etc, these would be a big welcome on arrival. Beds creaked every time you moved 🙁 could be more comfortable!

Everything we could have hoped for.

It was beautiful. Had everything we needed and location and view was amazing. Staff were extra helpful too. The roof garden was an extra bonus. Will definitely be returning

Won’t be booking there again.

Clean, reasonable facilities - although our microwave did not work.

The customer service before our stay was atrocious. 2 of our party were not allowed to stay as they were under 25 years old. Even though most of the professional work group of 11 people were much older. When we tried to challenge this, we were met with bureaucratic and jobsworth arguments - seemingly AI generated - that the rules could not be changed. We then tried to cancel so our group could find somewhere to stay all together but they had our money and refused to refund us. This meant the 2 youngest in our group had to stay elsewhere at substantial extra cost.

The perfect accommodation in a perfect location for a few days in Liverpool. View of the Royal Albert Dock and the River Mersey, the Liver Building and the museums. Within walking distance of Mathew Street, Liverpool One and even the lovely pubs on Hope Street (not to mention the cathedral). Interestingly, the living room with seating area to enjoy the beautiful view is not shown in the photos – but there is one. :-) We hope to come back soon.

Would definitely stay again

Fabulous location and apartment size was perfect for our group. Having laundry facilities was wonderful. View was amazing

Having some basic supplies (more than 1 roll per bathroom of toilet paper), a roll of paper towels and a a pod or 2 of laundry and dishwasher detergent would have been helpful.Apt was great but sterile with no art or small comforts that would make the place more welcoming.

Clean, roomy apartment with perfect views of the strand and historic buildings in city centre.

This apartment was in the best location I have ever stayed in Liverpool. The view was spectacular from our unit. Great windows which opened down and outward for ventilation. Shower water pressure was excellent. Very roomy space in the common areas, bedrooms and bathrooms.

It would have been helpful to have an elevated shelf in the shower to put shampoo, soap, razor rather than putting those items on the shower floor. Also, a coffee maker would have been nice. I asked ahead of time, though, and came prepared with ground coffee and a pour over cone/filter, so was not an issue for us. Both elevators broke down for many hours one day and we were on the 14th floor. Fortunately, one was back in service the morning of departure. I think this was probably a rare occurrence and at least partially due to the LFC champions celebration going on that day.

Fabulous location looking over docks. Very clean and 3 bedrooms ideal for our party size. Staff all very helpful. Yinka gave us a great introduction to apartment.

10/10 would come back again to stay

Everything was great. Location was prime (it was also a 1min walk away from Tesco Express), the premise and house was exceptionally clean and neat, and the hosts and security guards at the lobby were incredible. Notably - Yinka, Risha and Tara.

Some basic provisions like kitchen towels, tissue paper and cooking oil for example would be helpful, although I acknowledge that these are not mandatory items for some folks.

Great location, spacious but poorly stocked with utensils.

The location is perfect and very convenient. It’s a large 3 bed apartment with all the space you could need.

There are no cooking utensils at all in the apartment. No sharp knife to cut or not even a salt and pepper shaker. No ice tray or anything.

A disappointment

Locstion. The wonderful & friendly reception staff.

Making the booking was a nightmare. The ridiculous performance with QR codes & photos was beyond a joke. The apartment was clinical - not a picture or coloured cushion to add life to it. And the microwave didn't work & couldn't be fixed until after we left. And there were no cupboards or drawers for clothes. That resulted in me leaving clothes in one of the kitchen drawers when we checked out.

Fantastic location, fantastic stay, fantastic staff, could not ask for more!

A lovely, lovely lady met up with us at reception, she showed us how to get to our room, any information that we needed, she showed us round the room. She also showed us the roof terrace and stated that we could access it if we wanted to. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so bubbly and passionate about what she did. Would definitely come again if the room is still available!

Exceptional apartment in a great location

Spacious, two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge. I’m surprised this apartment doesn’t have a better rating, as it exceeded our expectations! (There weren’t any photos of the kitchen or lounge in the listing, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived!) The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. Really nice bathrooms. The receptionist was very helpful! The apartment is in a great location near the Liverpool docks, shops and bars.

We can't recommend the apartment.

Unfortunately nothing

We cannot recommend this accommodation in any case. The room and bathroom were not sufficiently cleaned, so we had to clean first and remove a lot of hair and dirt. It was noisy in the bedrooms as the windows did not close properly. The furniture is old and often used. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience to stay there, the location close to the water could not compensate for that.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and collected the key from security staff at reception. We had read reviews before arriving & knew to bring extra towels & that there was no TV. Wi-fi code was on the router in the cupboard behind the entrance door to the apartment. Apartment was clean & tidy.

There was only 1 key fob for the room. The envelope with the key fob didn't include any wi-fi instructions. There was no TV in the apartment. Would have been useful to have a dust pan & brush.

Location, cleanliness and security of building . Bathrooms were nice but no loo rolls.

As a residential building not suitable for a short week’s break. Apartment ruined our break after a long hard school year we spent most of the week contacting booking.com. Booking.com suggested we speak to the managers of the apartment who passed the buck to booking.com. No one was willing to help us resolve the issues. There were minimal amenities in room for a self contained apartment. No TV, only 3 mugs, 3 glasses, 2 spoons, no spare duvet. No loo rolls etc very basic. So you can imagine how we spent time resourcing for basics upon arrival. Double beds were no where close to being double sized . One of us had to sleep on the worn out settee which was gross. Due to no spare duvet we had to use a towel for sheet. The evenings were uncomfortable as there was only one settee to allow two people to sit. Being three of us we couldn't sit and chill. We had to spend evenings around the small dining table which was extremely uncomfortable. Lounge aeea a disappointment. We missed out on a week’s TV, no love island or news or our favourite soaps. No one was willing to help resolve our issue. At least three mornings were of the week we spent trying to sort out our accommodation concerns. Not suitable for a self contained apartment for a short break. We have wasted a lot of money on this apartment.

Close to city centre and clean

property is very close to Liverpool One, bus terminus and also city centre. Apartment was very spacious and we had two bathrooms

i would preferred if towels are changed everyday or at least provided enough towels for the whole stay but hey overall very nice apartment, close to city centre, ideal if travelling with friends or two couples.

Best place to stay in Liverpool!

The location was grand. Just across the street from the docks. A few blocks from Liverpool One shopping centre. You have a Tesco one block away and a Wetherspoons pub turning the corner (where is really affordable to eat and have a pint). We´ll definitely be back!

Great location, very clean and spacious apartment and very helpful staff

This is the second time I stayed in these apartments. Loved the 3 bedroom apartment this time around. Great location to the city centre shops and also for public transport. Very helpful staff and well presented apartment. Will definitely stay here again.
