NOTE: We offer self-check-in for this apartment and you will have to collect the keys from a Keynest point located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST (approximately 10-15 minutes walk from The Lexington building)

Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport for all adult guests. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £35 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay.

This simple one-time fee eliminates the need for a large deposit, making your check-in process more convenient.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal.

***We provide one complimentary cleaning for long-term stays (24 nights and above)
***Cleaning fee is £79 for additional cleaning
***We don't provide extra towels, sheets, or bedding.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100
and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions, and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.

NOTE: We have multiple units, and while the size of each apartment remains consistent, the layouts may vary.
Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.
