Good size apartment and in a good location
Very noisy apartment building and communal areas quite tired looking and messy. Not even the basics in the apartment like tea,coffee and sugar etc.

Great location, nice living room and bedroom.
Constant smell of drugs in the courtyard that kept coming in to the apartment. Toilet really smelled when we got there and no cover on the plug and could see the grime in the plughole. Mould on the skirting boards in the bathroom.

Liked the location, the communication was straightforward and quick when we needed help with heating. Quite modern 1 bedroom flat we stayed. Next to Tesco and Sainsbury.
When heating was not on after an hour it was pretty cold in the room, but nothing major.

Great location, and wonderful sized bedrooms and living room
Wasn’t the cleanest. Other people’s hair on the carpet/bathroom. Bad odour of cats/pets/ammonia and uncomfortable beds. Over the weekend the inner courtyard became very noisy with people go to and from clubs. Sparsely furnished and supplied with kitchen supplies. Has so much potential.
