Not too bad.

Great location, nice living room and bedroom.

Constant smell of drugs in the courtyard that kept coming in to the apartment. Toilet really smelled when we got there and no cover on the plug and could see the grime in the plughole. Mould on the skirting boards in the bathroom.

Superb flat, location, cheap

Liked the location, the communication was straightforward and quick when we needed help with heating. Quite modern 1 bedroom flat we stayed. Next to Tesco and Sainsbury.

When heating was not on after an hour it was pretty cold in the room, but nothing major.

You need a mirror in the bathroom and a reading lamp in the bedroom. The window panes outside were dirty

Lovely area, nice size apartment

Close to the town centre, very quiet

The property smelted of damp, it wasn’t very clean, the carpet was dirty, the toilet roll had damp on it, no pillow protectors on the pillows, chewing gum on the back of the head board, sick down the side of the toilet, I appreciated about wear and tear but it could do with new furniture, no teaspoons, 1 tray for the oven, the utensils were very basic, I did try reaching out but I’ve had no response.

Lovely location and the property is well managed with great potential; it’s just run down and needs some love and attent

Great location, and wonderful sized bedrooms and living room

Wasn’t the cleanest. Other people’s hair on the carpet/bathroom. Bad odour of cats/pets/ammonia and uncomfortable beds. Over the weekend the inner courtyard became very noisy with people go to and from clubs. Sparsely furnished and supplied with kitchen supplies. Has so much potential.

Don’t waste your money

The location

The overpowering smell of stale smoke! no hot water apart from the shower which wasn’t much use because the shower head holder wouldn’t hold the shower head up!

Nice, modern apartment

Very nice apartment. Modern with comfortable bed and seating area. Good location in the city centre. We would definitely stay again. Much better than staying in a small hotel room.

Modern apartments in charming building

Great apartment in the city centre. It has perfect location literally few minutes walk from Docks and Liver Building. Staff were really friendly, they let us check in earlier. There are few coffe shops and restaurants just around the corner. The building itself has an added charm to it. Like its old building with modern apartments. We will definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Es war eine praktische, günstige Wohnung.

Die Wohnung lag 1 Minute von meiner Schule entfernt. In die Innenstadt habe ich etwas länger gebraucht. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung lag halbwegs im Untergeschoss. Eine Seite lag auf den Innenhof, die andere Seite auf eine kleinere Strasse. Die Fenster vom Schlafzimmer konnte ich nicht öffnen, die waren zu weit oben. Ich denke aus diesem Grund hat es in der Wohnung etwas gemüffelt.
