It's cozy and has all the necessary things needed for a short or a longer stay. The kitchen has all the utensils as well, a kitchen stove, pots, etc. Even a moka pot. Good location, but when Spoleto gets too loud you can really hear the party outside. But not too loud. Also it's in an old building so if you like old buildings' smell is a plus.
No WI-FI. The connection to mobile service is terrible because of the thick walls. No AC, so when people are partying outside and you want to close the windows you will toast like in the oven. Has a strong smell in the bathroom of canalisation. But the smell stays in the bathroom.

Grazie di tutto 💕 dallo staff alla posizione proprio accanto a piazza del Mercato, nel cuore di Spoleto. Casa Visiale è accogliente, fornita di tutto, nel cuore di Spoleto , nella vietta silenziosissima. A due passi proprio dal Duomo, dalla Fortezza, dal Ponte delle Torri e da ogni Museo. Grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno ❤️
