Excellent location! Right in the heartbeat of the city.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but doesn’t affect my rating. Note: there are no Ubers in Spoleto and taxis are not readily available.

The apartment was so nice I didn’t want to go out!

The apartment was exceptional. It’s the nicest place I’ve stayed. It was modern, cool and comfortable, but in a beautiful historic setting. I spoke with the owner and he explained that no there was not air conditioning. It was the natural temperature of the place. It would be 95° outside and I would come in and it was perfect. It’s been all remodeled at the most tasteful way. And there was a generous amount of coffee pods for the coffee maker as well as bottled water.

I wish there was a washing machine, but I was able to do hand wash.

Perfect gem in the heart of Spoleto

Best location imaginable in the heart of the old city, just a 1 minute walk from the main square. Apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean, and pristine with lots of space; I could live there. Host is wonderful too being highly responsive, friendly and accommodating.

great little apartment just off of Piazza del Mercato in Spoleto, Italy

the fridge was stocked with juices, milk and there were some breakfast pastries and coffee and tea ! the host was just wonderful the apartment was brand new and was clean and lovely and quiet! It is very close to the Piazza del Mercato in Spoleto which was precisely where we needed to be. This place exceeded expectations in every way !

I really cannot think of a thing that could have been better! It is a perfect place for a couple or a small family . thank you Francesco !

Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort e ben arredata. Facile da raggiungere. Il gestore della struttura è stata super gentile e disponibile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi info o necessità.

La posizione è centralissima e l’appartamento veramente accogliente. Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Ampia scelta di “bevande” per la colazione. Tutto era pulitissimo.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto la colazione inclusa per 5 persone era sfornita per quanto riguarda il cibo. Non so se è stata una nostra mancanza ma non abbiamo trovato il modo di aprire le finestre che si trovano piuttosto in alto e non sono raggiungibili. Inoltre, non abbiamo trovato una granata per spazzare.
