Wouldn’t stay there again but we did like Spoleto in general.
It was across the street from the most popular caffe in the Piazza Mercato. The baristas were friendly and we got to know each other. The restaurant next door came in handy. The host, Giovanni, was pleasant.
The street noise below the window was noted when we chose this place but it went on until two and three in the morning. Teenagers being served alcohol. The apartment needs a deep cleaning also.

Wonderful helpful host. Great central location for those of us who love to stay up and party late
It is in the most active and busy square in Spoleto where life goes on from early morning until late at night. It has lots of shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants near at hand. The wonderful travelator system in the town has a stop just off the square so access is very easy as is access to all other facilities in Spoleto. Plus there is a tourist information office just around the corner. All major tourist attractions are very accessible from here also.

There are no words to express how happy I was to be guest in this apartment! I didn't want to leave it.. Great location in the very heart of Spoleto, on a main piazza full with shops, bars, cafes... very, very lively area! Let's talk about amenities. The apartment has all you need - AC, fridge, coffee maker, TV, washing machine and more and more. And Giovanni, the owner, is a great person who I unfortunetelly didn't met - his daughter Marta did welcome me but before my arrival and durind all my stay I and Giovanni did communucate in whats app and he really took care how my vacation was going. Grazie mille Giovanni!!! Non posso aspettare ritornare e vederi! Ancora una volta grazie!!!

Very well equipped with full kitchen to dine in. Clean and spacious. Easy to reach from Posterna parking lot (via escalators). Close to everything to see in Spoleto
It is right on Piazza Del Mercato, so a bit noisy till very late at night

Exceptional
Comfortable flat located off one of the main squares. Only a few blocks from the duomo and other attractions. Restaurants and good small stores located in the local square. It also has a washer which was great as we were on a hike. Access is via a convenient key lock box.
