A nice and pleasant stay

Mameli Suite is a nice apartment close to the centre of Spoleto. From the property you can have really nice walks to all the main roads, museums and attractions. The appartment presented itself quite well (as it was over Christmas it had a tree and various decorations which I found very homely and a nice thing to do), it was clean and tidy (with a little gianduiotto on each nightstand for each guest), there are board games and books available for guests, which is great for families with children especially. the bathroom was well equipped and clean. the beds are comfortable, the heating was in good working order and the kitchen had all the basic appliances. as a plus there were some things for breakfast available at the house. The hosts were very communicative and although they were not present at our arrival (someone else gave us the keys as it was under christmas!), they did all that was possible to make sure they were there to see us off. Overall a very good stay in Spoleto, I would definitely return or reccommend this place for a family of 4 or even 4 friends/couples as the apartment allows for privacy in both rooms.

I liked the property overall, there was a small issue with the pluming in the bathroom sink but that was made present to the owner who set off to resolve the issue.

A perfect base to explore Umbria

The hosts were lovely. From the first moment we booked they were in touch and any and every question we had received an immediate reply. Rosella met us at the property and gave a quick run down on all the facilities and local attractions. The apartment was up a steep flight of steps but we are in our late seventies and had no problems with that. Everything we needed was available and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal within the old city and we could easily walk to a great variety of bars and restaurants. Free parking was available just a couple of minutes away. We used Spoleto as a base to explore more of Umbria including Spello and the Marmore Waterfalls and the countryside is just spectacular.

Best place in Spoleto for comfortable stay. Top hotst.

Eugenio and wife Rosella are superb hosts. Met us on arrival, gave us tips on Spoleto's restaurants, attractions and parking. Free parking 2 minutes walk only. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom apartment with all appliances and conveniences you need. Close to town centre and travelator which takes you without effort straight into town's atractions. Highly recommended to any traveller and we hope to be back one day for a longer stay. Alison and Gerrit Australia

A relaxing escape from the busy city in a perfect accommodation

Where to begin? The couple met us at the train station! They gave us a tour of the accommodation in person and the place was lovely, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Our hosts provided extra personal touches (wine, chocolates by the bed!) that really made us feel welcomed and at home. They made recommendations about the city and they were very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. They were even prepared to say good-bye to us the morning we left. The world needs more of their kind of hospitality. We will never forget our wonderful stay at this spacious, beautiful accommodation in Spoleto, Italy :)

There are quite a few stairs to climb if you have mobility issues, but this is not an unusual feature in most places I've been in Italy. There are lots of stairs and lots of hills everywhere. My boyfriend is finally in shape now :)

Spoleto magic

Spoleto is a magical place. Add to it a perfect little apartment and you are in for a real treat. The location of the apartment is on the edge of the old town. The bedrooms are fantastic and the kitchen has everything you need for a great stay. The washing machine is very handy. The hosts Eugenio and Rossella are two wonderful people. We can't say enough good things about our stay. We are coming back for at least a week.

Enjoyable time in Spoleto.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well located snd reasonably priced. Owners were friendly, responsive and helpful and had a good recommendation for nice dinner (with a discount). Wi-Fi worked well.

Renewed and close to the center

It is well equipped and renewed. Eugenio and his wife were always there to help and guide us through the city. Close to free parking. Tricky part was the stairs especially if you are with a baby stroller, but I managed.

Steep stairs (last floor) and front door too tight.

Great place and wonderful host

Property was fabulous and in great location in this historic town. Eugenio is a gracious host. Met us at the property, recommended good restaurants and places to see and was always available and very helpful. The property is very well-kept, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything. There is a nice cafe downstairs, 2 supermarkets and free parking within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Spoleto and would highly recommend this property.

What a gorgeous place!!

What a gorgeous place! A really stylish apartment in the historic old town. Easy to get to all the sights of beautiful Spoleto and at the same time to have all home comforts. The hosts, Eugenio and Rosella, are delightful, kind and extremely helpful. We slept well on a super comfortable bed and the attention to detail ran to two different types/height of pillows which makes such a difference to enable sleep. Coffee, generous breakfast/welcome pack provided. There is a cafe next door, (though no noise) and supermarkets close by. The apartment is sparkling clean;washing machine a bonus. We are travelling for a month and there has been nowhere that we enjoyed staying in as much as Mamoli Suite. In fact we hope to return for the Spoleto Festival if we can. It’s a gem!

Herzliche Gastgeber in einer spannenden Stadt

Perfekte Lage, um Spoleto zu erkunden. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine gute Flasche Wein zur Begrüssung. Rossella hat uns alles erklärt, gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und uns bei der Abfahrt sogar noch ein Taxi zum Bahnhof organisiert.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è fresca anche in pieno agosto (basta il ventilatore per le giornate più calde), sotto casa c’è un bar molto comodo per la colazione e la zona è tranquilla. L’appartamento è ben curato e dotato di tutti i confort e oltre (perfino i giochi da tavolo e la piastra per i capelli). I proprietari sono molto gentili, ci hanno consigliato i posti da vedere a Spoleto e i ristoranti in cui andare. Consigliatissimo!

Eugenio e Rossella, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi dandoci tutte le indicazioni circa il parcheggio,gratuito e vicinissimo alla struttura,le indicazioni per visitare la città,gli eventi, e la cena in un ottimo ristorante tipico umbro. L'appartamento,pulitissimo, ha tutti i comfort necessari ad una permanenza sia breve che lunga,arredato con gusto,e in posizione eccellente,vicinissima al centro. Siamo stati accolti con celerità ed incredibile cortesia nonostante avessimo prenotato mezz'ora prima del nostro arrivo. Consigliatissimo.
