really nice place to stay optimum t value for money and location
the location is in the centre of Spoleto the host is really kind a very nice place to stay so characteristic hundreds of years old. You can reach the heart of the village in two minutes .
the sofa bed , extremely uncomfortable nowadays you can find very nice and comfortable sofa bed at reasonable prices . No wifi, it's not a big deal for a one night stay and probably due to the thickness of the walls reception is impossible but as soon as you go outside you have a sign.

Location was great and apartment charming. Lots of potential.
Facilities really let down what could have been a special stay. No tea or coffee, milk, bottle opener, tea towel etc. No hairdryer and Devanagari and TV had seen much better days. Disappointing given potential and price.

Soggiorno molto positivo all’appartamento “San Martino”. La casa è bella e caratteristica, con un’atmosfera davvero calda e accogliente: ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Anche il letto è molto comodo, cosa che per me fa la differenza. In più, la posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro, comodissima per muoversi a piedi e godersi Spoleto senza stress. Unica pecca: non prende bene la linea dati e non è presente il Wi-Fi, quindi per chi ha necessità di restare connesso può essere un limite. Per il resto, esperienza ottima e lo consiglierei a chi cerca un alloggio tipico e confortevole a Spoleto.

Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Ottima posizione solo per la distanza dal centro, per il resto andava be' perché siamo stati solo una notte. Non lo consiglio per soggiorni più lunghi.
La pulizia non c'è stata fatta... comunque minima cambio lenzuola e rassettata al bagno, la piccola cucina non si poteva guardare, frigo spento e quando l ho acceso per mettere in fresco una bottiglia non funzionante (con 35 gradi fuori) in più dentro ci è stata lasciata una bottiglia iniziata di acqua...Non si può. Non entro in altri particolari...Ho sempre trovato almeno una bottiglia d'acqua, ma non aperta. Altra cosa non c'è una Wi-Fi, purtroppo dentro non c'è alcun segnale internet.
