The apartment faced the road outside ‘the wall’ therefore being subject to the traffic noise. Our stay was over a weekend (Fri/Sat nights) which would be the busier nights of the week.

Comfortable, convenient apartment, well located.

I had a very comfortable stay at this spacious apartment, conveniently located at the edge of the town center, with free street parking nearby. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was newly renovated and the hosts met me to give me the keys.

Posizione eccellente per visitare il borgo, comodo al parcheggio anche se sotto casa è a pagamento. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario..a parte il forno elettrico . Bagno con comoda doccia. Riscaldamento ottimale. Palazzo ben tenuto e tranquillo con tutti gli esercizi commerciali vicini.

SOGGIORNO PRATICAMENTE PERFETTO

Appartamento dotato di tutto. In ottima posizione, all'inizio del centro storico che è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti con il tapis roulant che si trova a poca distanza a piedi dall'appartamento. Situato in una piazza vivace (noi non abbiamo sentito rumori molesti anche perchè le finestre non si affacciano su detta piazza). Le camere da letto sono davvero molto spaziose. Host simpatico e disponibile.

Ho avuto difficoltà con il piano a induzione (ma è un problema mio) ed ho trovato lo spazio tra i sanitari un pò "stretto".

Posizione centralissima, camere accoglienti e confortevoli, gestore gentilissimo e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per vivere al meglio il nostro soggiorno.

Spoleto è semplicemente meravigliosa, forse il più bel posto da visitare in Umbria

Sono anni che viaggio usando Booking, ma quando trovo gestori di questa caratura sono sempre piacevoli sorprese; la cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità di Marco vanno ben oltre quanto è giusto ci si aspetti. Ci ha accolto con un preavviso di 30 minuti, ci ha aiutato a sistemarci e ci ha lasciato un parcheggio gratuito per tutto il nostro soggiorno; ha poi dispensato consigli utili su dove andare a mangiare e l'ultimo giorno, con check out massimo per le 11, ci ha lasciato disponibilità fino al tardo pomeriggio qualora ne avessimo avuto bisogno. Parliamo della casa: carina, tanto tanto carina! dotata di doppia camera da letto di cui una delle 2 più grande aveva anche un divanetto all'occorrenza utile per un'altra persona; la posizione poi eccezionale! Cucina piccola ma con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, lo sottolineo perchè ultimamente sto trovando sempre meno pentole padelle e affini mentre qua invece c'era tutto!

Nulla! a voler essere un pò pignoli posso dire che il bagno è un pò piccolino ed essendo riusciti ad incassare una doccia peraltro anche comoda resta meno spazio per muoversi, ma comunque si fa tutto senza problemi.
