great little place in the heart of Spoleto

Excellent location, very quiet and peaceful, high ceilings, well kept, comfortable bed.

too dark, there is no light outside at night so that was a bit uncomfortable. it could have been cleaned a bit better and there are some practical things missing like napkins, kitchen essentials like basic condiments, oil, vinegar. other than that it was great

Due passi da piazza del mercato

L'appartamento si trova all'inizio della ZTL ed è comodissimo per raggiungere piazza del mercato e visitare il centro storico della città a piedi. L'abbiamo trovato ben pulito e accogliente. La cucina è abbastanza attrezzata e permette di organizzarsi pasti in autonomia comodamente. Letti comodi, sia il matrimoniale che il divano letto nel soggiorno. Bagno comodo.

Il cortile di accesso all'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un po di cura.

Un grand appartement central mais sombre

Situation parfaite, en plein centre mais calme. Grand appartement où peuvent loger jusqu’à 5 personnes. Fraîcheur agréable en temps de canicule.

Il n’y a pas de fenêtres mais seulement des lucarnes. L’appartement est donc très sombre. La décoration est austère. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas optimal pour une personne seule.

Un sogno dormire in una camera così fresca

L'appartamento, situato all'interno del cortile di un palazzo del centro storico, non ha bisogno di aria condizionata perché é già così fresco di suo. Un sogno! Se si sta senza maglietta va rimessa perché si sente freschino, di notte si dorme con lenzuola e copriletto e non si suda. La cucina é fornita di piatti, posate, stoviglie per cucinare. Il divano é comodissimo per guardare la tv e schiacciare un pisolino al fresco. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, cosa che a casa tra caldo e rumori non mi riesce. Sonno ristoratore a Spoleto! A due passi da piazza del mercato, cinque minuti scarsi dalla fermata del percorso meccanizzato Posterna, e a cinque minuti scarsi dalla fermata di piazza Carducci dello Spoleto Link. A pochi passi molti negozi, bar e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Per la spesa, c'è un Lidl e un Tigre in fondo al percorso meccanizzato Posterna.

Piccolissime cose, consigli per gli acquisti. Rifornire i barattoli di sale e zucchero, olio quasi finito, mettere un deumidificatore a sali di quelli piccoli nella zona piatti. Fornire eventualmente agli ospiti un kit monouso/usa e getta con doccia schiuma (visto che il sapone mani era presente), o attaccare nella doccia un dispenser di gel doccia ricaricabile e riutilizzabile, sicuramente più ecologico e durevole dei mignon in plastica.
