Disappointment, it is not worth the money. It would be nice if the apartment owner had more sense.
the location is beautiful, in the middle of nature
first impression - untidy, trash in the parking lot cleanliness of the bed (headboard) dirty, only two small towels in the bathroom, no dishcloths, breakfast (which should be included in the price) - better not to mention, shower with cold water, no shower cabin at all, curtain that sticks to the body, resulting in everything wet, garden chairs dirty, and what else could be found

La Colazione decisamente spartana. Alla consegna delle chiavi,cosí come durante il soggiorno, non siamo riusciti ad incontrare nessuno della struttura.
I vari tentativi di consegnare le chiavi e sbrigare le faccende burocratiche (personalmente alla/i proprietaria/i) sono andati del tutto vani. In seguito a varie telefonate senza risposta e vari messaggi inviati dalle 09,00 alle 10,00 non abbiamo piú avuto riscontro. Direi alquanto bizzarro.

Pasqua a Spoleto.
Il posto è molto carino, collocato fuori dal centro cittadino in posizione molto tranquilla, ideale per chi come noi trascorre l' intera giornata fuori a visitare i dintorni. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in due minuti d'auto, il parcheggio Posterna per raggiungere il centro cittadino è agevole non costoso e dopo le 19.30 è gratuito. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, mi permetto solo di consigliarle una maggiore attenzione a piccoli particolari, come ad es. curare maggiormente l'illuminazione, il luogo è un po' scuro. Per il resto nulla da eccepire, considerando anche il costo non certo elevato. Consigliato a chi non è alla ricerca di un posto extralusso ma tranquillo e confortevole.
