Wonderful holiday apartment. Incredibly clean, warm and spacious.

Purely feedback: The light in the little kitchen could have been brighter it was difficult to see to cook. Could have done with a toaster. But honestly didn’t matter would definitely stay here again was great.

The ambience and interesting period features of this residence and town create lasting memories.

The interior design and furnishings gave us the opportunity to experience a true Italien abode. So we appreciated the experience. Being two older women traveling alone we didn’t want to be out too late for dinner. And with the traveling, our body clocks were not in sinc with the local time. The dinner restaurants didn’t start serving until after 7:30. Imagine our delight to find Lidl, a food store that is also down the street from our home. (Lidl stays open during the afternoon closing hours) We we’re able to have a great meal and prepare for the next long day of touring several historic sights-a real challenge in a hill town.

Maybe there could be a flyer that directs those arriving by train to the nearest “escalator ramp” to aide people up the hill. Once you get the hang of it, those ramps are so terrific.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable apartment, meticulously restored, and very spacious; it has a small but very well equipped kitchen, and large dining table, so ideal if you wish to self cater. And very kind and helpful hosts.

Unique stay in a grand and historic apartment that transports you to another time.

The apartment is in an historic palazzo with grand rooms. It is a very special and unique property as you can see in the photos. Many comfortable seating areas. The twin beds were especially comfortable. The location is in the lower part of the city and easy to walk everywhere. Federica and her daughter were very kind and welcoming. She went out of her way to retrieve a coat I left in the apartment for me. She provided a parking pass for central parking Grazie Mille.

Casa da sogno in un posto meraviglioso.

La casa e una meraviglia!! Un palazzo storico curato con con gusto in ogni angolo. Sembrava di essere in un film. Check in facilissimo e puntuale con Federica che ci ha accolta calorosamente Posizione eccellente nel centro storico vicino a tutto a piedi e pure vicino alla scala mobile. Macchina caffè sia moka che cialde. Cucina con tutto se uno volesse cucinare.

Non posso trovare niente che non sia stata perfetta.

Ampio appartamento nel cuore del centro storico di Spoleto. Luminoso, pulito, di classe. In un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti gli angoli della cittadina. Il mobilio, nonostante sembri essere d'epoca, è tenuto alla perfezione. Letti comodissimi. Bagno moderni e puliti. L'host sempre disponibile, cordiale e professionale.

Un appartamento splendido, d'epoca, perfettamente restaurato con amore e passione dai proprietari. Un grande salone elegantemente arredato. La cucina fornita di tutto, anche della lavapiatti, con stoviglie di qualità e dotazione completa (caffè, zucchero, olio ecc.). Riscaldamento adeguato, malgrado la notevole altezza dei soffitti. Posizione eccellente, centrale e parcheggio gratuito raggiungibile con due ascensori, quasi al portone di casa.
