Great location, big and clean room.

Great location, big and clean room. Smooth Check-in process. Fresh bathroom. Nice view and many windows. Walking distance to all main attractions in the city.

There was a kitchen but to use it you had to pay a cleaning fee. We had to maintain the AC units regularly during the stay and they had to be turned off when we left the room.

Poor value for money

Location is easy to reach

Very very tiny, not what we expected based on the photos. There was almost no water pressure in the show and the shower head kept falling down. Also, there is no living room, but a very small table placed in the hallway. Poor value for money!

Lovely little studio apartment, very well designed and equipped, wish we’d stayed more than 2 nights.

Perfect location right by the pedestrian street that leads up into historic centre; very well designed little studio apartment with extremely well equipped kitchen; lovely wraparound private terrace. All spotlessly clean. Great grocery store 5 mins walk away. Parking offsite but easy to access - about 7 mins walk. “Breakfast” was typical italian - selection of cakes, with packaged juice and milk, coffee/tea supplies - already in the room for the 2 days. But easy to augment with some fresh fruit, yoghurt etc from nearby Eurospin grocery if you want more. If you’re going to park at Posterna parcheggio remember to buy the €5 /day discounted ticket when you check in at the apartment. We forgot and ended up paying €14 a day. Not entirely sure how the discounted ones work though. Arriving at the apartment you can park in the piazza right beside it (white spaces free, blue area pay) while you get your luggage in. Yhen go and park at Posterna. There is an elevator to the apartment but you have to go up about 10 steps to get to it - just FYI for big luggage, or less mobile folk. I want to go back and stay there for a month!!!

The Host Serafina was very nice to receive us with provided cake and wine for celebration our anniversary. and we are allowed to stores our luggage after check out until our train was ready. The location was excellent closed to downtown and surrounding yummy restaurants. the host keep the room very clean and very kind to the customers. highly recommend for those who are traveling in Spoleto.

In the heat of June 2022 the one apartment with the balcony is the only one to be in.

We were able to move to the apartment with the lovely balcony for four nights out of five, from the awful one we had been misdirected to book. The location of the building is lovely and the balcony is fabulous. The positioning of the building in a busy square makes for interesting people watching from the balcony. Rooms at the back are quieter though. The square has a lively bar/gelateria and there are one or two restaurants close by.

The Booking.com confirmation form had a picture of the balcony on it so we believed our two bedroomed flat would have it but we were led to a third floor flat with an airless/windowless galley-type room with no comfortable seating and 2 small double rooms. The language barrier was also a problem. Despite having spoken to the owner that morning we were kept waiting over half an hour in the boiling heat, despite her colleague in the office being there all the time. There was also a misunderstanding about when we had to be out of the one flat but unable to move in to the other till a few hours later.

Good location if you’ve got the view

Great communication with the hosts, very smooth check-in procedure. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed.

There are several apartments in the building and most do not have terraces and views of the lovely old town so careful when making your choice. The attached picture was taken from the building’s hallway.

Appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole

Appartamento in zona centrale di Spoleto, da qui è comodo raggiungere a piedi le varie zone e punti d'interesse della città. Pulito e confortevole, accessoriato in tutto. Host molto disponibile e chiara nelle indicazioni per check in e check out in autonomia. Ci siamo trovati bene.

Fantastico soggiorno e città sorprendente

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! La struttura è molto pulita, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione comoda per visitare la zona. La signora Sonia è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutare con consigli utili e con il sorriso. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Peccato per un piccolo dettaglio legato all’umidità dovuta all’esposizione, leggero odore non gradevole, consiglio un piccolo sfogo di ricambio aria magari a ventola.

Ubytování na náměstí pod hradem, nedaleko elevátoru, kterým se lze dostat do historického centra na kopci. Parkování přímo na náměstí pod okny, poplatek €15.

V kuchyňce nebyla varná konvice, pouze kávovar ovšem bez kávy. V koupelně bylo umístěné zrcadlo příliš vysoko, žádné poličky.

Terasa exclusivă către Domul din Spoleto și Roca Albornoz

Cazare perfecta in Piazza Garibaldi la 9 minute de gara și foarte aproape de Dom și Rocca la care se ajunge cu scările rulante și trotuarele mobile. Camera mare cu terasa imensa ( peste 15 m) pe contur, baie perfecta și bucătărie dotata. Un loc remarcabil. O sa revenim daca e disponibil cu prima ocazie.

Posizione eccellente

Posizione eccellente, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 5 minuti dall’inizio del percorso meccanicizzato che porta in centro. Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento numero 1: spazioso, luminoso, equipaggiato di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Al check-in sono stati gentilissimi, concedendoci di arrivare prima, come anche di lasciare i bagagli custoditi dopo il check-out. Unico accorgimento per gli ospiti: l’appartamento 1 affaccia su strada di passaggio, quindi è bene chiudere le finestre se si ha un sonno leggero. Noi torneremo sicuramente qui per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Spoleto!

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La proprietaria gentilissima e competente. Se venite in macchina c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare a pagamento di fronte allo stabile.

Un piacevole soggiorno

L’appartamento è piccolino a davvero molto accogliente e pulito. È dotato di un grande balcone con terrazza e sdraie, di una cucina molto accessoriata ed è situato in una posizione centralissima. Lo staff è stato davvero molto gentile, assolutamente consigliato!
