A perfect place to relax and explore Spoleto and the surrounding area

Great location overlooking the stunning town of Spoleto. Angela was a great hostess . The property was spotless with great facilities. The pool was large and kept very clean. We are looking forward to visiting Il Sogno again next year for a longer stay.

After a day running around it was relaxing having a Prosecco on the pool side overlooking the town.

Close to town and parking at Posterna, with the moving escalator that takes you to the Rocca at top of hill and the old city. Great kitchen and Lidl and Tigre supermarkets 3 minutes away. Spoleto is also close to Orvieto so a day trip is convenient as well. Lovely sunset bathing the city in a rose colour glow. Note: we are from New Zealand, not PNG.

Everything was just wonderful, the most stunning view, the property was so carefully tended to with so much taste, beautiful pool and most importantly the most friendly hosts who made us feel at home immediately!

IL Sogna is aptly named

we loved the apartment, spacious and comfortable. after a week or so without cooking facilities it was so nice to be able to eat at home. Angela the owner has created a lovely family atmosphere and was so helpful. the apartment is probably 10 mins walk from town and the view from our window overlooked the whole town of Spolito. Secure parking on-site another bonus.

The best holiday!

The apartment is beautiful with stone walls and wooden ceiling. The view is spectacular - better than in the pictures, the pool is big enough and very clean with the shaded patio near it (all make it very good place for relax). This location is one of the best we have ever been - calm, stunning surroundings with green fields, without too many tourists. Beautiful historical town close to the apartment with lots of restaurants - you can try umbrian typical food. The oner was friendly ang gave us useful tips. We definitely want to came back again! Thank you!

Wine glasses would be useful and air conditioning (really hot nights in July can be uncomfortable)

Awesome location with a large swimming pool and an amazing panoramic view over the enchanting town of Spoleto.

Accomodation was just perfect. We did not enjoy the noisy kids of the visiting family members, as we like a calm environment. But excepted this minor element, this is a great place to enjoy a perfect Umbrian holiday.

Short distance from the city center. You can see the town from the house. Surrounded by beautiful views. Good for a family with kids. Fully equip kitchen and provided for breakfast. Friendly owner.

A Real Gem

Extremely friendly and hospitable host. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable studio apartment with an amazing view of Spoleto. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Pleasant walk into the town. A real gem.

We loved every aspect of our stay. I would caution guests to check the address and instructions as our GPS took us to a different street close by with the same name.

Overweldigend mooi uitzicht vanuit een comfortabel appartement

Ik kan een lang verhaal gaan schrijven, maar de andere positieve reacties omschrijven deze plek harstikke goed! Een superfijne accommodatie met aardige eigenaresse en een overweldigend mooi uitzicht over Spoleto (inclusief zwembad❤️). Het appartement was schoon en modern ingericht en over een (stijle) route kan je overdag naar Spoleto lopen. Let wel: enige rijervaring is handig voor het ietwat uitdagende grindpad naar Il Sogno, maar het is mij ook gelukt in een Fiat500!

Uitzicht van uit appartement en bij het zwembad, appartement was zeer schoon en mooi ingericht.

Alleen de weg naar het appartement zat nu wel vol met erg grote kuilen.

Prachtige agriturismo met geweldig uitzicht op Spoleto

Het uitzicht op Spoleto is prachtig. Het is een keurig en schoon appartement. Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden en er zijn voldoende ligbedden en je kunt op allerlei mooie plekjes zitten in de prachtige tuin. Angela is heel vriendelijk.

We misten in de keuken een schaar, een waterkoker en een magnetron. De dag van aankomst was het 35 graden en onze airco had toen te weinig capaciteit om de ruimte te koelen en maakte ook veel geluid. In het zwembad zijn geen parasols voor mensen die graag wat schaduw willen. Spoleto zelf viel ons wat tegen, er was niet heel veel te zien of te doen.

Stupendo!

Una vera chicca! Questo bnb ha molto da offrire, relax, comfort, un'ottima posizione e una splendida piscina. Siamo stati molto contenti di averlo scoperto, poter raggiungere a piedi Spoleto tramite un sentiero è stato inaspettato. La vista è fantastica, ripararsi in piscina dalle ore più calde o fare un bagno in tarda serata è un vero lusso.

Le cose offerte per la colazione potrebbero essere migliori, ad oggi non è difficile reperire alimenti di qualità, magari accordandosi con qualche realtà locale e facendo pagare qualcosa in più ai clienti. Anche il fatto che il bnb sia aperto a bambini ha reso l'esperienza spesso rumorosa e poco rilassante, specialmente di mattina e di pomeriggio. Da rivedere anche la strada per arrivare al luogo, con una macchina molto bassa si rischia di rimanere incastrati.

Un soggiorno “da Sogno” a Spoleto

La proprietà è stupenda, immersa nel verde e con una vista mozzafiato su Spoleto. L’appartamento, vista piscina, era pulitissimo e dotato di un gradevole patio. Angela e suo marito sono gentilissimi, simpatici e molto disponibili.
