Superb
The apartment is very comfortable and close to the main parts of Spoleto. Restaurants, sights, main square within a few minutes walk. Alan is a wonderful host. Very accommodating to any questions we had.

la posizione molto comoda
struttura modesta con la doccia vecchiotta e box doccia che non si chiudeva no aria clima è impossibile aprire le persiane per la presenza di tanti e rumorosissimi piccioni che non ci hanno fatto dormire La porta sul cortiletto per altro condiviso aperta con chiave rotta all interno non piacevole Insomma non si è stati bene Pazienza

un po’ buio anche se è comprensibile visto l’uno azione nel centro storico

Funzionale ma un po' essenziale.
Funzionale, spazio soggiorno, cucina e stanze separate nonostante per andare nella seconda camera da letto si debba necessariamente passare dalla prima oppure dal cortiletto interno che pure è carino e da luce, ma quando piove... Non è coperto.
Un po' essenziale nelle forniture. Ad esempio nella camera da letto con i letti singoli non c'è praticamente nulla su cui appoggiare le proprie cose, solo un appendino e no abatjour. Due tre mensole sarebbero opportune con poca spesa. Il televisore lo abbiamo spostato in soggiorno altrimenti avremmo dovuto lasciare tutto a terra nei trolley. Posate al minimo (coltelli).
