Overall good experience, cozy little apartment to stay a few nights and see some towns in Umbria.

Everything was great, shower broke in the middle of the night and the host fixed it promptly, host is friendly and location is good distance from both the train station and the center of town, kitchen is well equipped.

The town itself is a little lackluster compared to some of the small medieval towns in Umbria, but that’s not on the property, it was a good town to hop around the rest of the province because the train station was very close to the historic center. There’s no view.

Long check in

I had to do several phone calls before i got the owner. The owner does not understand english, not a single word. It took me more a lot of time te explain him that I was waiting in front of his door. After half an hour finaly a woman arrived, she neither spoke english but she understood me nevertheless and helped me.

Very good position and cozy home

The home is near the Main Street of Spoleto so you can easily reach the most important sites. It is small but cozy and has all the things that you need. There is also free parking close to the property and the WiFi is fantastic!

Siamo stati solo una notte nell'appartamento c'era la moka ma non il caffè, c'era il bollitore ma nemmeno una bustina di tisana o the cose che si trovano in qualunque beb come kit cortesia. La camera troppo piccola per ospitare 2 persone.

Piccola casa con cucina nel centro di Spoleto. Pulita. La signora Olga ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza e disponibilità. Appartamento non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta,in quanto, per accedervi, c'è da percorrere una rampa di scale abbastanza lunga e il bagno è dotato di vasca

Metterei una macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, oggigiorno sicuramente più pratica di una caffettiera. Da rivedere letti e cuscini non troppo comodi
