wonderful city and comfortable accommodation

Very convenient location close to the old town. Clean and warm room, with the most essential for preparing food. The girl who greeted us is very kind. Clean the room on day 2.

There are no slippers in the room and the floor is cold. You need to bring your own.

It is close to the center. The lady who check us in is very nice. The kitchenette is very useful.

The wifi did not work. The bathroom has a wet shower which means when you take a shower the floor and toilet gets wet

Exceptional

I liked having a kitchen, which helped cut down on costs. I also liked being close to the pedestrian transportation....the moving sidewalk to the top of Spoleto...and how close it was to everything. The town was lovely, and I felt like I was in the middle of everything.

Spoleto è piena di sorprese, visitate la chiesa di San Ponziano spiegata dal sig. Giuseppe!

Appartamento pulito e confortevole vicinissimo al parcheggio a pagamento (convenzionato con la struttura a un buon prezzo giornaliero) e vicino al percorso meccanizzato per raggiungere comodamente il centro

La peggiore accoglienza della mia vita

La posizione è onesta e la casa discreta.

La proprietaria di una scortesia unica la peggior accoglienza mai avuta. La descrizione parla di parcheggio gratis o in loco a 5€ al giorno. Via messaggio WA ci viene detto che per parcheggiare in via Posterna dobbiamo usare biglietto lasciato su tavolo che da diritto a parcheggio a 5€ al giorno. Usiamo detto biglietto. Oggi andiamo a ritirare la macchina dopo tre notti di pernottamento e la macchina del comune presentando il biglietto datoci ci fa pagare 47€ per ritirare l'auto. Chieste indicazioni ci vengono date ogni volta giustificazioni contraddittorie che avremmo dovuto avvertire quando il biglietto ce l'hanno dato loro!!! Che avremmo dovuto pagare da loro (mai avvertiti in tal senso) a rischio di multa dal comune ci viene detto che un biglietto non bastava che ne dovevano fare prima due poi tre poi quattro... Assurdo... Mai più evitate come la peste
