Super cute place for a solo traveler or a couple. Right in the heart of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better p

The location was excellent and the place was just darling. Was all I needed as it was just me. The bed was comfy. There was a heater because it was chilly and I had a little coffee maker so I had everything I needed. The only thing that I wanted that I couldn’t get working was a little lamp on the table, but that’s neither here nor there

life-saver host; cute little studio with kitchen

The host organised a transport for us from the other city to Spoleto when we had problems with train/bus connections. Otherwise we'd have to travel by night. She and the driver-friend were super nice and helpful. All the best wishes to them! The place was lovely, comfortable and clean - had a kitchen with everything you need. Quiet at night.

for us it wasn't an issue but keep in mind there's no wifi

Perfect location

The apartment is well equipped. It is in an old house in old town what makes your stay authentic.It is close to stairs that take you up. Very nice owner.

Neat little place at thd heart of the old town.

This is a cosy neat ground floor studio in a fantastic location. The price reflects that it might not have perfect paintwork — still it’s incredibly good value for a tidy and so well stocked flat! There is even coffee, oil, etc in the cupboard! And the hostess is such a lovely woman too!

This is not really a complaint, but more of an information! Wifi only works at the front. We do know that wifi is a problem in the old town.

A small but beuatifully organised flat near town centre

A tiny flat that has been lovingly adapted to have everything you need. Signora Lina met us an was so kind and welcoming. Location very close to town centre.

It was a bit difficult to drive to and there is no parking at the location. Lina offered to show us where to park for free a long way off, so we preferred to park (1.60 Euros an hour!) a bit closer.

Very nice and characteristic studio in the heart of Spoleto. It was perfect for us for a short stay with two kids to visit Spoleto on foot. Parking spot found right in front of the apt.The sofa can be open and becomes a bed, the room is small but had everything we needed. The owner was super friendly and nice, overall a very good experience.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay in Spoleto. We were even met at the station and taken to the property. Amazing service. We were very grateful as the station was quite a walk with luggage. The house was in an optimum position to explore the delightful little streets of Spoleto. It was fully equipped and an easy meal was whipped up in no time with ingredients from the Friday market. Even though it was pretty cold during our winter stay we had lots of blankets to keep us warm and the corner bar at the end of the slope welcomed us with delicious wines and nibbles. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, incredibly good price, very friendly host. They picked me up at the train station when I arrived. Despite it being very hot weather, inside it was always cool in the room.

Some details. The wifi connection was not stable and there was no soap in the bathroom.

Pulizia ottima e personale gentilissimo - unica pecca umidità degli ambienti

Lo staff è molto cordiale, la posizione è ottima. Ottima pulizia così come la biancheria da letto/bagno aveva un odore di sapone per bucato eccezionale. Piccolo cucinino a disposizione

La pecca della stanza è l'odore di chiuso e la presenza di umidità.. Essendo un piano terra è disponibile solo una piccola finestra che affaccia su un vicolo, quindi la stanza è poco arieggiata. È inoltre presente la porta d'ingresso a vetri ma trovandosi sulla strada è complicato tenerla aperta per far arieggiare

Posizione centrale e silenziosa,, molto comoda per visitare il centro di Spoleto. Francesca e la madre molto accoglienti, struttura pulita e confortevole.

La doccia perde acqua dal piatto e si forma un piccolo lago nel bagno.. Non c'è connessione.

Unico limite, significativo perché non esplicitato è l'assenza di segnala 4G o 5G all'interno dell'appartamento in coincidenza dell'assenza di servizio wifi. Se non c'è il 4G ci deve essere almeno un wifi.

Piacevole sosta a Spoleto

Posizione ottima per visitare la città ma anche i dintorni (Fonti del Clitumno, Trevi ecc). Il monolocale è molto carino e accogliente oltre ad essere estremamente pulito. La proprietaria risponde velocemente e puntualmente a qualsiasi richiesta. Sicuramente sento di consigliare questo alloggio che nonostante si trovi in ZTL ha possibilità di un vicino parcheggio non a pagamento in via Bonilli.

L'appartamento è ok, se proprio vogliamo cercare un difetto: sarebbe utile un microonde (anche se nella descrizione era chiaramente specificato che non ci sarebbe stato)

Grazioso , comodo e centrale monolocale.

Monolocale piccolo, ma confortevole e dotato di tutto. Proprietaria gentile e simpatica. Posizione comodissima in pieno centro, ma con parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti dalla struttura. Consigliato!
