Well equipped apartment, in a great location. Spoleto's escalator system is round the corner.

Stefania, the host was super kind. She met us at a parking lot close to the apartment and insisted to help with the luggages. After giving us very clear instructions about the "how to" of the flat and plenty of information about how to navigate Spoleto, Stefania accompanied us to another free parking space where we left our car for three days.

We stayed at this place during very hot days; it was very hot in daytime.

Comfortable and clean room. Very polite and always ready to help hostess. Apartment is at center of the city and all historic sites can be reached by walk . Apartment is equipped with all needed kit gen utensils and tools for life.

Breve splendida vacanza a Spoleto

Appartamento raccolto, molto gradevole e fornito di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal sistema di scale mobili per raggiungere rapidamente il centro cittadino e a un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Molto silenzioso e ben oscurato per la notte. La proprietaria è gentilissima, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni più necessarie e ha sempre comunicato con prontezza.

"Grazioso" di nome e di fatto!!❤️

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma nell' appartamento Grazioso a Spoleto ed è stata un' esperienza bellissima ❤️ Stefania, la proprietaria è stata di una disponibilità e di una gentilezza tale che ha reso la nostra permanenza indimenticabile 🙏💓 Ci ha aspettato al parcheggio di Piazza Garibaldi (pagando lei la sosta) e ci ha accompagnato all' alloggio aiutandoci con i bagagli. L' appartamento è veramente...Grazioso!!😍 e molto confortevole e silenzioso. Stefania poi mi ha accompagnata ad un parcheggio libero vicino al nostro alloggio e mi ha indicato l'entrata per il percorso meccanizzato che porta alla parte alta di Spoleto, dandomi preziosi consigli anche su cosa visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare bene! Che dire... un' esperienza indimenticabile che consiglio vivamente ♥️🥰

Sehr Nette Vermieterin, sie hat uns alles auf italienisch erklärt, und wir haben auch das meiste verstanden. Sie ist sogar mit zum etwas entfernten kostenlosen Parkplatz gefahren. Apartment ist sehr nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Lage in der Fußgängerzone.

Zufahrt zum Haus nicht möglich. Apartment ist im 2.Stock ohne Lift.

Klein maar fijn

Rustig, knus en schoon appartement in t oude deel van de stad, voorzien van alle gemakken, zelfs n was gedraaid en meestal gekookt. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezichtigingen in de stad en wandeltochten in de omgeving. Prima contact met de verhuurster via WhattsApp.

Accoglienza eccezionale, Stefania ci ha addirittura conservato il parcheggio per permetterci di scaricare le valigie senza disturbi e perdite di tempo. Ci ha spiegato tutto per filo e per segno dandoci consigli utilissimi su come spostarci.

Proprietaria super disponibile. Ci ha inviato tutte le informazioni necessarie prima dell'arrivo e anche una volta lì ci ha aiutato ad orientarci in città. Veramente un aiuto prezioso!

המארחת נחמדה מאוד וקיבלה את פנינו באופן חם ומזמין. הדירה עצמה קומפקטית וממוקמת בכניסה למרכז העתיק( התחתון ) של ספולטו, ככה שאם באתם לחוות מהעיירה זה מיקום נוח. בדירה מטבחון שמספק להכנה של ארוחות קטנות, יש ציוד נוח לבישול ומאוד נקי. יש חלון אחד עם רשת יתושים. מתחת לדירה יש כיכר חמודה ורחוב מלא בחנויות מסעדות ובתי קפה. ובהליכה אפשר להגיע למרכז העיר העליונה. סך הכל מתאים ללילה או שניים כדי להנות מספולטו היפה, אך לא נוח לטווח הארוך( לפחות לא כשבאים בזוג)

הדירה קטנה ומלאה בציוד וקישוטים לא רלוונטים, המיטה קטנה מידי ל2 אנשים( במיוחד אם זה לא זוג). המקלחון גם קטן וצפוף. הדירה היא חלל אחד, מול המיטה יש פינת אוכל ומטבח, לא הבנתי את זה מהתמונות כשהזמנתי את הדירה. יש עוד 2 חלונות בדירה בלי רשת יתושים ואי אפשר לפתוח אותם בעונה הזו, חבל, היה חסר אוויר. אין חניה קרובה החינם, החנייה המוצעת בחינם היא במרחק של 15 דק הליכה לפחות. קחו זאת בחשבון אם באתם עם רכב. או לשלם בחניה בכיכר 2.20 יורו לשעה. הדירה ממוקמת בקומה 2 בלי מעלית( מדרגות גבוהות), קחו זאת בחשבון אם אתם עם הרבה ציוד.

Monolocale molto piccolo con accoglienza molto grande ed in ottima posizione.

Splendida accoglienza ed ottima posizione in città. Nel monolocale era presente tutto il necessario, con kit di benvenuto anche oltre la normalità.

Il monolocale ha dimensioni anguste ed è poco luminoso trovandosi nella posizione interna di un palazzo d'epoca...ma quella è la logistica.
