This is an attractive apartment with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living area have everything you need. The apartment is very close to the main historic attractions of Spoleto, yet quiet at night, and cafes and restaurants are within an easy reach. The host Claudio gave us a warm welcome.

Posizione ottima, molto vicina agli ascensori pubblici. Ció permette di raggiungere facilmente diversi luoghi della cittá.
L’appartamento si trova in uno scantinato, sotto il livello della strada. Ció comporta umiditá e un odore non gradevole. Piano superiore raggiungibile da una scala a chiocciola molto stretta e ripida.
