Right in the centre of Pateley Bridge, the property was perfectly situated. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including a hot shower, kettle with tea and coffee and the room had a settee and chair as well as twin beds. The relatively late check-out of 11am was really useful for me as well. Steve was a great host.

Close to all facilities in the area. Room comfortable and clean. Lovely, tasty breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking.

Breakfast was at the nearby pub, 2 minute walk
The weather had turned chilly, it would have been nice if the radiators had been turned on a couple of hours before we arrived otherwise a lovely place to stay

Location to town centre was great and also a quiet location despite being near the High Street. Breakfast was served in the pub on the High Street and was OK but parts of it were cold. The room was large and clean with kettle and biscuits available but only a terrestrial TV. Wifi was available though.
Needs to be clearer that the price does not include the charge for dogs. Had I known this I probably wouldn't have booked as it was expensive for one night and £10 per dog is quite expensive.
