One of the best stays we've had.

Everything was superb, really comfy, homely. There were treats of chocolates, crisps etc left out for us with bottles of milk and water in the fridge. Breakfast was excellent, more than expected. Edward was an excellent host.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Sarah was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment We arrived. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. The little touches and thoughtful details really made the experience special and on the night of a weather warning the warmth, kettle and lovely pot of tea were extremely welcome. Sarah was always available to help with recommendations or anything we needed. We felt completely at home and well taken care of throughout our stay and really enjoyed the chats. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable visit. Thank you for such an amazing experience Sarah.

Pretty good, would stay again.

The host was amazing. This place was situated on the side of a house in the countryside. Its not too far outside of Banbridge. The food that the host provided was really good with a little fridge that i could use at any time. The host offered a cooked breakfast everyday and there was a selection of cereals and bread for toast.

We had the most amazing stay at Tanvally Stud. Sarah was a wonderful host. She even arranged for a birthday cake for us. The accomodation was wonderful, I loved the attention to detail and traditional touches. Sarah even left some snacks for us on our arrival, the breakfast the following morning was fabulous, suych a selection of hot and cold food. Nothing was too much trouble. We will defnitely rebook again when traveling to the North. Thank you for such a memorable stay

Amazing!!!

This stay was unbelievable from start to finish. The house is absolutely beautiful, on a lovely setting, and the host Sarah was so friendly, helpful, kind, and she went above and beyond! Our room was more of a little house, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It was beautiful, with lovely decor. We were so impressed with this. Sarah had provided anything and everything you could think of! From toiletries, to kitchen appliances, to all sorts of teas, coffees, fresh fruit, condiments, foods, milk, and even a basket full of snacks!! For the morning we had asked for cooked breakfast... Well ... Firstly Sarah brought yogurt, seeds, nuts, fruits (this was so yummy) , then a basket of all different types of breads, and a massive fry! A 10 star rating is not high enough for Sarah and her lovely house! I can't recommend this stay high enough, and we will definitely be back!!! Amazing!

Fabulous country retreat, great breakfast with easy access to major roadways

We loved the property, beautiful location, attractive and spacious accommodation in the heart of lovely countryside but only 11 minutes from family living in Banbridge. Sarah was a wonderful host and provided us with a lovely breakfast and we even went away with some of her family’s birthday cake and other goodies.

I don’t want to say anything negative because we love this place but we only had one problem and that was that my very slender husband found the double bed too hard and this affected his sleeping on the first of our 3 nights at Tanvalley. Fortunately there was a very large leather sofa in our sitting room that sufficed as an extra bed and with use of a sleeping bag, for the following 2 nights my husband had 2 good nights.

The property was beautiful, and our room with its en-suite was spotless—exactly what we had hoped for. Sarah, our host, and her family were wonderfully friendly, warm, and incredibly accommodating. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and as an added bonus, we got the puppy love we’d been missing!
