Comfy and excellent for the price with free breakfast items provided.

Lovely and warm. Huge room with bed and table and chairs. Host very responsive to texts. Lots of breakfast cereals, loads of bread for toast, eggs and bacon and milk available. Lots of tea and coffee. Lovely bath and very powerful shower with loads of hot water. Huge TV.

Bed a bit low for us but minor irritation. Poor mobile reception but it is in the middle of countryside and wifi is provided. Towels a bit rough but dried us well.

Wonderful place

Lovely to be able to arrive, and get met by teddy the wonder dog. We had a four hour drive, we didnt arrive until 10.45pm and to be able to make tea and toast was just lovely.

Short break in the country

The peace and quiet, good location near our friends. Easy to find from Belfast City Airport. Spot on directions from Huw , who welcomed us on arrival and was available if needed. Had everything we needed for a short stay and good advice pack for shops, restaurants and places to visit.

Great get away retreat

Hot tub was a great addition, and I'm sure if the weather had been better the fire pit would have been too. Cosy and quiet, very relaxing. Teddy is a beaut.

Very remote so, unless you drive, getting too and from can be difficult. However, the Google map directions were spot on for the taxi there, and Huw very kindly offered us a lift back to Hillsborough. No red or brown sauce for breakfast! Unforgivable 😛

Lovely short stay near Belfast

Very clean and cosy place. Very warm as well. We loved every minute of our stay.

The fridge is a bit noisy but at least we had fresh breakfast the next morning 😊

We didn't like breakfast... nothink to eat really. Very poor. Toasts and butter (that is not a continental breakfast) nothing else to eat with this toasts. No ham, cheese, even marmalade. No tomatoes, no fruit, vegs etc... In the fridge old relish (not relish really, już empty, dirty jar). The worst breakfast ever. We didn't expect anything special, but it was not enough.

Very nice

Lovely place away from the city centre, perfect if you are after a quite few days. We had a late check out but Huw was very understanding and made everything nice and easy. On the last day I texted Huw as I wanted to meet Teddy (the dog) and both came to meet us a few minutes later ☺️ Huw even showed us a few crowd free places to visit in Northern Ireland. Thank you!

Lovely quiet and comfortable place to stay

Food supplies were left in the fridge and were generous- including amazing local honey. I was in the unit with the hot tub and enjoyed using it even in the dark and rain

A comfortable chair would have been a bonus but there isn’t room, I used the couch that turns into a bed. Also the dining area is all outdoor under cover - an option of a small folding table would be a good addition for inside

Superb

Quiet area, warm and cosy. Washer-dryer, full cooker, wet room. Hot tub, we didn't use it, maybe would have if it was enclosed! Hosts were very friendly, helpful and unobtrusive, always available if needed. Would stay there again.

Very poor phone signal and WiFi signal but not the fault of the hosts!!!
