Everything about the property was first class. Quality was first class. No issues whatsoever.

Found duvet very heavy in main bedroom for time of year & had to move to single bed in 2nd room for more comfortable sleep. Also, as I use a wet shave, sink stopper in main en-suite was not working. So a little frustrating

Exceptional property in a lovely quiet rural location

Everything was good. Host ( Susan) very friendly and helpful. Accommodation finished to a very high standard with lots of extra comforts not normally available. Lovely outdoor spaces too if the weather is kind.

We are fussy but we could not fault this property in any way.

This is a stunning cottage in beautiful countryside. It is decorated to a very high standard. The Owners are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Perfect for a relaxing break.

Fabulous short break

The cottage was simply stunning. It has been beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean. It is such a relaxing haven, I really did not want to leave. The gardens around the cottage are beautifully maintained and there is a lovely view across the fields to far away hills. Susan is a wonderful hostess. She baked lemon drizzle cake and short bread biscuits for me to have when I arrived. They were gorgeous. I am already planning my next visit to Bay Tree Cottage.
