We received a welcome package which was lovely, home baked cakes, nice touch.
Front bedroom windows were like paper, very noisy with traffic which you could hear whilst trying to sleep. The mattress on the bed was too soft. 2nd bedroom mattress felt like lying on springs.
Bathroom, hot water for a shower needed a 15 minute boost, which only did 2 showers. We had 4 adults. Boost button.was in a creepy cupboard under the stairs, luckily my husband isn't scared if there were spiders. Streaks on shower screen and any other flat surface. Easily fixed by rubbing out Streaks to give a glossy shine.

For being an old Victorian house it was spacious and in good condition
The parking was on a very busy road and I had to park half on the pavement.
The shower was in a high bath and inaccessible for my wife and her friend mid 60’s early 70’s.
We weren’t happy with the cleanliness of the fridge freezer and shower bath too. (I’ve informed the owner of these complaints) we were to stay 2 nights but only stayed one because of these. I received no offer of compensation. Just acknowledgement of complaints.
