We were able to find the property with no issues. Caitriona had already opened the property gate and met us as we drove in and showed us the around the cute cottage, situated in a beautiful mountain setting. We had a wonderful conversation with Caitriona when we arrived. I wish we had more time to chat with her. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for the first night of our trip. A warm cozy bed and hot shower and sitting room to relax in. Given more time, we would have enjoyed the fireplace. The fresh baked bread was lovely and we enjoyed it for a couple days for breakfast as we began our tour around the island.
Nothing to add here. I would stay in the future and recommend it to others.

An bothan Cottage in the Cooley Mountains is a beautiful cottage with modern facilities inside and breathtaking scenery. We loved it so much last week when we were here we had to come back before going home to Australia.
Our host Caitríona had warm home made Irish Soda Bread and delicious Jam with milk and butter and welcomed us on our arrival. Communication with Caitriona was fantastic and we enjoyed the cosy warm fire in the evening
Highly recommend and when we come back again we will definitely stay longer.

Loved the old Irish cottage feel with all of the modern conveniences for a cosy stay. The sun shone for us all day and then having the stove fire in the evening really was the "icing on the cake".
The hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of useful tips for places to visit which we thoroughly enjoyed.
