Clean, quiet and very comfortable
For visitors from outside the country with no mobile services, it was really hard to find. Had to stop and ask for directions from neighbors. A little sign outside the property showing it as Sharmore cottage would be great☘️

We travelled from South Africa for a 3 week Christmas stay at Smarmore and it was perfect for us. We wanted something in the country but not too far from the towns. The drive from the towns to Smarmore Cottage, especially at night, were something from a movie! The quiet surroundings, the views, the cosiness of the cottage, the convenience of having a washing machine & dryer and an airfyer which we'd never used before (we'll be buying one now) and all the little extras. Our hosts had Christmas decorations in the windows too which was such a lovely touch. Thank you Katy & Michael, we'd love to come back again one day :)
