Lovely compact over garage flat conversion. Was nicely decorated and comfy and had all the basics needed including fridge and microwave. Location is fantastic, near all the cafes and bars in rostrever. Was pleasantly surprised to find milk, biscuits tea and coffee for us which was very appreciated after a long journey.
Was generally fine but I slept on the sofa bed in the lounge which did not have blinds on the window so was a bit bright. but bed was comfy and I slept OK, just advise if you're using it you could bring an eye mask.

Great location - I loved Rostrevor
Could be more comfortable , a decent sofa would be good , a bottom sheet that fits and the heavy duvet was overkill in July , maybe a lesser tog would be better in the summer as was boiling
