I honestly don’t know where to begin. I came to Newry with my family for my wife’s new job opportunity, and as new immigrants, everything was unfamiliar to us. We booked this property for 10 continuous days, during which my responsibility was to find a long-term home and set up a new life for my family from scratch. From the moment I booked this place, the owner was reachable and incredibly supportive. I explained our situation to him, and from that point on, he went above and beyond to guide us through settling in Newry. From the day we arrived, he was there for me taking me to view properties, connecting me with local contacts, helping me buy basic essentials, and even assisting in finding schools for my children. Thanks to his local connections, I was able to secure a permanent property within just five days. But it didn’t stop there. He helped me move our belongings, even exchanged his own car for a van to drive me around, and lent his own hands wherever physical help was needed. Without asking one, even Penny. To be honest, this man is not just a landlord he is a true icon of humanity. His kindness, generosity, and extraordinary support have left a lasting impact on us. I truly don’t have the words to fully express my gratitude. What I can say with certainty is this: he is a diamond among people a rare and invaluable human being. Forever, my family and I are indebted to him. We owe a debt of gratitude that can never truly be repaid to this extraordinary human being.

Plenty of space and very clean with everything we needed great location for travelling around .seamus was a great host ! Would definitely come back ,we had our wee dog with us .a must is slieve gullion forest park ,easy to hard walks ,newry just down the round but great spar around the corner

Brilliant place to stay.

Seamus met me on arrival, very friendly, explained the flat to me really well. Highly recommend this place. Best shower I've had on this trip. Very comfortable with everything I needed. No stairs was an added bonus for me.

On booking, our host (Seamus) contacted me by mobile txt , introduced himself, he met us with the property keys, showed us the property, smiles on arrival. The property is in excellent condition, very comfortable.

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very welcoming and even had tea / coffee and milk in the fridge which was appreciated after our journey. Seamus made us feel at home and was always available if anything was needed.

Stunning cosy Apartment . Great facilities. Peaceful area .Great value

Seamus the owner was very kind . The property is stunning and was very cosy. All the facilities were fabulous. The huge combined living room and fully equipped kitchen was very well laid out and the 65in Smart TV was impressive. Very peaceful area and very close to the local Supermarket and Pizza Takeaway. Also close to Newry Town Centre .Lovely views of the local mountains and surrounding countryside. I felt very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at Seamus's property.

A fantastic find!

Seamus is a fantastic host and went above and beyond for us during our stay. Accommodation has everything you could need during your stay. It was even stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay which was a very pleasant surprise upon arrival. It’s in a great location for exploring the area and within walking distance of a supermarket and takeaway. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Seamus was a fantastic host, small details such as having a few items in the fridge on arrival as well as a fully functioning smart tv with fire stick and sky sports really gave the place something special. Would 100% stay here again for future trips to Northern Ireland.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST WITH THIS STAY BUT THERE WAS COFFEE-TEA AND MILK IN THE FRIDGE.JAMES SEEMED LIKE A NICE GUY ALSO SAID HE WAS NEW TO RENTING SEEMED TO BE DOING OK.EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE WAS REALLY GOOD,SEEMED LIKE A NEW BUILD ALL WAS CLEAN FRESH AND AIRY.THE WHOLE HOUSE WAS GEARED TO BE WHEEL CHAIR FRIENDLY THROUGHOUT,A LOT OF THOUGHT WENT INTO THIS HOUSE COULD NOT FAULT ONE THING,WI-FI WAS REALLY GOOD AND THE AREA WAS VERY QUIET,THERE IS A CHIPPY GROCERIES AND A PIZZA SHOP ALL WITHIN THE AREA........
