Beautiful apartment at foot of Mourne Mountains

Comfortable, clean and warm apartment making it the perfect location to explore the Mourne mountains. It is the little touches that make a visit special and having coffee, milk, butter, bread and breakfast cereal in the apartment was lovely. Will be returning.

This location and space were great! Everything was comfy and clean, and the host was very responsive. It was so nice to arrive in from our flight and be able to take it easy.

Our only critical feedback would be that it would be nice to have some additional surfaces in the bathrooms to hold our things.

The property was in a beautiful location, with great views of the Mourne mountains close by. The host was very welcoming and the property was warm, very well-appointed and surrounded by green fields.

Kilkeel vacation

Myself and my son loved the location. The view is spectacular, we loved that their was 2 bedrooms as it's sometimes difficult to find an apartment with two bedrooms, also the bedrooms are downstairs which is a lot cooler in the hot weather. It's very peaceful and calm, the owner Olivia and her son are so lovely, they made us very welcome, there is all the utensils, cutlery, dishes pots and pans you'll require for your stay self catering. We only made breakfast and had lunch and dinner out, I would highly recommend Cunningham's butchers for meals and also the Kilmorey Arms Hotel. Both are excellent. There is loads of scenery and things to do nearby. All in all we had a fab time. The weather was amazing for our three night stay. Many thanks to Olivia for her hospitality.

Perfect :-)

Location was stunning with amazing views from multiple windows over Mournes. An exceptionally peaceful and tranquil stay with Olivia as a superb hostess and a beautifully finished, pristine, spacious and comfortable apartment. I really didn't want to leave and am looking forward to returning in the coming months. Right at the foot of the Mournes for walkers and lovely quiet environment to return to afterwards to relax :-)

Wonderful stay in the Mournes

The property was easy to find, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Host responded to all communications via messaging straight away. The property is in a rural area, about 10mins from Kilkeel - suited us perfectly and will be a brilliant base for future hikes in the mountains. Will definitely be back.

Cozy apartment in the heart of the Mournes

The apartment is very well located at the foot of Slieve Binnian and easy to reach. Olivia was very communicative and check in was extremely easy. The apartment has anything you may need to feel at home, it’s well laid out, clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a simple meal. Lastly, the welcome snacks were really appreciated and a very nice touch!

Stunning views of the mourne mountains

Beautiful views ! Host had left some milk and cereals and some treats and butter which was a nice touch :) Kids enjoyed the sound of sheep right next to the house. The views are stunning from all the windows ! We wanted to enjoy countryside and we definitely got just that - thank you !

The temperature over the weekend was +1C- +5C . The floors in the apartment are very very cold . During the night my children complained about cold coming from the window . It was very cold two nights even with the radiators being on the whole night . But the cold didn’t take away from us enjoying our time .

Fabulous extended weekend break :)

View of Slieve Binian from the apartment. Heating switched on before we arrived. :) Coffee, milk, snacks provided. Clean towels & basic cosmetics available. Very quiet & private place. :)

A sign: 'Binnian View' I didn't see the address on the main page although I later found it was on the receipt No indication which of the two doors in the house was 'the apartment' entrance door A large gap 20mm? under the bedroom door meant a lot of light came in from the hall.

The house was in a beautiful location and so clean, nothing was out of place. The host was very thoughtful and left a box of treats and extra touches for our children. The kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend and we loved the addition of a firestick for the TV. Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we hope to be back in the future. 10/10

The location if fantastic , close to the Mourne Mountains and the Silent Valley Park, also short drive to near by towns for little shopping and dinner , recommend Harbour Inn in Annalong , great food. As far as the accommodation , it is just like home from home. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Would definitely go back again.
