Host carol amazing
Location was wonderful
We visited next door farmer he was a nice person allowed us in to the farm.
We feed cows and Carol gifted us fresh farm eggs .
We had fire woods inside the house was very good memories.
Internet was very slow. They informed it will soon become 4g to 5g so it wouldn't be a issue for upcoming trips.

The view of the mountain was breathtaking from the kitchen window. When we arrived Carroll had a lovely fire lit and the house was so warm, we really appreciate it because we were so cold and tired. The house is so cosy and homely and has everything you need. Carroll left us homemade shortbread biscuits and they were fabulous, she also left bread and milk and eggs for us. The house is on a farm but it was quite and we slept fine. There is a beautiful cat that loves to be in by the fire if you let him and he is very friendly. We went on a shopping trip so we didn't spend much time at the house but wished we could have stayed one more day just to relax in that cosy house and look at that mountain and sit by the fire. We can't wait to go back again and we will definitely stay longer next time.

We just love staying here. This was our 5th stay. The cottage has everything you would need for a self-catering stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fresh bread, freshly laid eggs, butter, milk, a lovely iced fruit loaf, and biscuits left for our arrival. Carol, the host, is the most welcoming friendliest lady. She is just amazing. The scenery is just stunning. Roll on our next stay.

Carol , the host is very kind and thoughtful. She prepared fresh eggs, milk ,bread and snacks for the kids.We have everything we need in the cottage and even allowed us to stay a little longer than the check out time.
The sound of the farm Lory driviing after midnight but I guess its beyond the host's control as its probably her neighbors.

Amazing. The second time we have stayed and it just gets better. Our host Carol is the nicest, kindest friendliest person. The cottage is warm and cozy, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, good internet connection and has everything you need for a self catering stay. On arrival Carol left us warm apple crumble and custard, freshly made fruit bread and cupcakes, fresh bread and milk, freshly laid eggs and butter and we arrived on a cold day to the log fire blazing. All this on top of the most stunning setting. Thank you Carol and your lovely family.

Warm welcome. Lovely setting.
It's a working farm so I was expecting some noise. But a tractor going back and forth within a few feet of the bedroom window until after midnight both nights meant that I did not get much good sleep.

Lovely views. Carol who greeted us was lovely. Nice touch providing homemade cakes. Milk, eggs, bread, tea and coffee all provided. Excellent value for money.
It's quite remote which is ideal if you're looking to walk in the beautiful surroundings. We were spending time with family at the nearby Warrenpoint point Blues festival so it was a bit pricey getting a taxi everyday. But that's more poor planning on my part.
