Location.
Restricted street parking. Noisy traffic early morning. Shower enclosure flooded floor when being used. Having to strip beds and empty bins on departure which had not enountered in self catering since Covid restrictions ended. Too much furniture in bedroom. Sofa too large for just two people and no dining table and chairs. Steep stairs to apartment which should be highlighted for future guests.
