Great position and good area.

Easy parking and near where we wanted to be.

The washing machine was broken and the shower was on full heat . We had to wait for more than a day for these to be repaired and the washing machine replacement didn't have a drying setting so we had to put washing on an airer in the small space that was available. Shower was repaired in the same amount of time. The quilt cover had buttons missing and was not very good quality. The dust and an old sock under cupboards shouldn't have been there. The cupboards had plenty of plates, cups, etc,and plenty of oven trays for the oven and hot plates, but one decent sharp knife would have been good. We put a floor mat into the shower as it was slippery. The pillows and throw rug in the lounge area were in need of a wash. The rubbish instructions were confusing as all we could find in the bin area was a red bin with our address on it so we didn't take out the rubbish and separate it. The backyard was a combined area for other properties as well and was in awful condition. There was no free to air TV just pay TV. Overall though it was a convenient place for us to stay for us and quiet.

Great.

Liked the fact that the flat was a ground flat and no stairs to climb. Good value. Very clean and comfortable. The host provded a welcoming basket, which was a nice touch.

Need a car as no bus service. At least I did not know of one. Could have also provided information that TESCO and a bunch of restaurants were within walking distance.

while the accommodation was excellent, the lack of responsive communication really impacted our expe

Unfortunately, we had a very difficult arrival experience. Even though I had informed the host in advance that we would arrive early and asked about the possibility of checking in early or at least storing our luggage, we were told it was only possible for an extra fee — which I accepted. However, on the day of arrival, we ended up waiting outside the house for almost two hours, in the cold, with several suitcases and nowhere to go, since the place is a bit isolated. I couldn’t reach the host through the Booking platform, and being from another country, I had no way to make local calls. I had to ask strangers to help me use a phone, which was stressful and uncomfortable. Communication continued to be difficult during our stay. I had another situation where I needed to contact the host and again couldn’t get a timely response, as my messages weren’t being seen. Even when it came to sorting out the payment for an extra night (which we left inside the house), I felt a bit on my own. That said, the house itself is lovely — very clean, beautifully decorated, cozy, and with thoughtful touches like some Scottish products left for us. The two bedrooms are comfortable, and it’s a great space to relax. In short: while the accommodation was excellent, the lack of responsive communication really impacted our experience. A more attentive and accessible host would have made all the difference.

A really thought fully equipped kitchen; comfy bedrooms and lounge; easy on-street parking. This was so much better for us than a hotel stay as it gave us great flexibility as we stayed in the area for a family celebration weekend.

Clean and modern, thoughtful gift and clear instructions in the unit. Washer-dryer combo unit was handy.

Another reviewer mentioned traffic noise: there was light traffic noise but only light and only near the the living room window. Bedrooms were quiet.didn’t affect our stay at all.

what a wonderful apartment, I have never seen an apartment so clean and so smelling, everything is new, the bed is very comfortable, the owners are very friendly and respond quickly, something I have never seen in any apartment is 1 as a gift that they leave for the host, 1 box with 2 chocolates, 2 bonbons, 2 french fries, 2 soft drinks, 1 box of delicious biscuits, never seen any owner leave a gift box with so many things to eat, cleanliness grade 10, you feel so good inside home, I will always come back to one of the best houses I've been to. the kitchen is very well equipped, great pans for all the kitchens, very clean, I even leave a thumbs up for the person who cleans the apartment, because the cleanliness is impeccable, congratulations on the apartment

Easy, convenient and comfortable.

The location of the property was perfect. A pub just a few seconds down the road…Led to easy stumble home 😂 and the location was an easy 20 to 30 minute drive to wherever we wanted to go. inside the property was surprisingly spacious… Love the fact that it had a washer dryer, as it saved us time when we came home!

There were very few things that we didn’t like about the property. They were minor things… For example, the updated bin schedule wasn’t in the folder, so we didn’t know which bin to put out when and you couldn’t select HDMI on the TV, so, if you are a gamer like ourselves, you can’t take things such as a switch to play on the TV etc because you couldn’t bring up the HDMI channels. The only major thing was the hot and cold water. It states it’s always on, but it’s very temperamental which led to a very uncomfortable shower.

The property met all my expectations and more. It was a comfy, clean and cosy base for our holiday. Freshly laundered bedding and towels were provided as well as washer/tumble dryer and cleaning products. Lovely welcome pack too. Would highly recommend. Also a good base for exploring places of interest as they are only a short drive away.

Wonderful stay.

The photos do not do it justice, it's really nice. It's like a home away from home. Great location, easy to get to centre. The Internet turned itself off but when I reported it I got a reply in 10 minutes and a further 10 minutes later someone came round and fixed it. Exceptional customer service. The beds were super comfy, better than at home! It'll be our go to property when we next visit.

The only things missing was a cosy blanket for the couch and bigger bath towels!

The flat was exactly as described and had a warm welcome atmosphere with all facilities and equipment needed for a week away. Easy to walk into town and easy access to motorway and onward travel in Fife area.

Lovely place to stay with some nice welcoming touches.

We were at Knockhill racing and this was perfect being so close to the circuit. I’d thoroughly recommend it - we had a great stay. It’s very comfortable, clean, great value for money and the photos really don’t do it justice!

A well appointed apartment in a nice part of the country. Comfortable beds. Landlord is available, but allows you privacy. No dining table, but that didn't bother us. Bargain price, nice touches, excellent choice. We would recommend it.
