Walking distance to shops Nice and cosy, although the kitchen was always cold. Contained everything we needed. Note: no dishwasher.

The flat was freezing cold when we arrived, so the first night was quite uncomfortable. We stayed for 5 nights in December, maybe the hosts could have taken the time to turn the heating on a few hours prior to our arrival? The bathroom could have been cleaner, the mirror was dotted in toothpaste and there was grime on the wall behind the door. The wifi was so bad it made it impossible to watch anything on the SmartTV. Note that "free on-site parking" does not mean there is parking on the property, only in the street. Most nights we struggled to find a space, it was easier to park during the day.

In a fairly central location the apartment has great heating and plentiful hot water. The main bedoom and living/dining room are spacious. Generous amount of towels provided. The bunk bedroom is nice and enjoyed by the children.

All of the rooms were usable but could have been more comfortable Main lighting throughout the apartment is harsh and too bright.The mattress in the main bedroom was uneven and not at all comfortable, curtains were not clean and closed on arrival. There were multiple reed diffusers in several rooms which felt as if they were being used to mask something else and had to be moved because of allergies. The compact kitchen has a tiny draining board and no other facilities to allow dishes to drip dry. No clean dishcloth or new sponge in the sink, the only bowl larger than a pudding bowl has two holes in it. The fridge has no space in which a milk carton can stand upright resulting in a salad drawer full of milk. The bath panel has come adrift and is sharp at the end .
