Comfy, cosy and clean

The property was very well located for our needs. Clean, warm and easy to access using electronic keys . Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying.

The property was dirty and needed maintenance. The key system is not ideal. Disappointing.

The sheets were clean.

It was by a railway line which was not mentioned. We were only given 3 towels and one hand towel for 5 nights (2 pax). Very dirty. Smelly with marks up the walls and stinky carpet which was stained. The shower has long term mould. The kitchen was greasy and obviously fried in a lot. There was human hair all over the carpet (I had to vacuum immediately). The Klevio door did not open one night. It was dark and raining. Luckily, I could ring the owner who opened it remotely, but it worried us as the system works on internet connection. We used Booking.Com a lot on this trip and have in the past. We booked for 5 nights but left after 3 and paid for the remaining 2 nights in a hotel in Edinburgh central. That cost a lot. This property was not up to what was advertised by booking.com.

Comfortable apartment in great location

Great location for moving daughter out of/ in to Edinburgh Uni accommodation as better value than staying in Edinburgh and only 40min drive. Comfortable apartment with parking and only a short walk to the Andrew Carnegie Birthplace museum and the Abbey & Palace ruins. No noise from other properties in the block. Great to have free WiFi too.

Bothwell Court, Dunfermline

Good shower and WiFi connection. Comfortable bed in the double room. I was allowed to have an extended check-out time.

Not a dislike of the accommodation, but it would be good if the previous renter(s) are giving a gentle reminder to sign out of their Netflix account or any other streaming service used prior to them leaving the accommodation so that the next renter doesn't encounter a problem as the language used with their streaming service could be in a language which the new renter isn't fluent in.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely layout and decor. Ease of access in and out and a great location. I would definitely stay there again. It was also perfect for getting to Knockhill Race Circuit.

Great location handy for Asda,and to the train station as we went to Edinburgh a couple of times. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

Clean, well-appointed flat near the centre of Dunfermline.

An extremely well-appointed and clean flat with comfortable furniture and beds, a nice bathroom and super-fast wifi and smart TV. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Access was via a downloadable key app, which worked perfectly. Asif made sure I had the app downloaded and provided a use guide beforehand, but was happy to be on hand if necessary. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if the need arises.

Dunfermline isn't the most 'happening' town, but it's where I needed to be for a job for a few days, so the accommodation ticked the boxes.

Our stay was excellent the appartment was like a fancy hotel room with all the wee extras

We had bother with the key app on our phone We rang the host and he sorted it out straight away buzzed us in and they came over 10 min later and give us a set of key which was so much easier for us The appartment was lovely so clean and quiet area and great location for us as our daughter live about 5 min drive and was so handy for her to lift us etc It had all the wee extras you would get in a hotel L would highly recommend and will stay in it again

Beautiful appartment. Suppermarket and train station on walking distance, city center a bit further but also walking distance.

Although I understand the owners point of view, personally I am not a fan of apps for electronic keys.
