Clean, modern and great location. Parking outside was ideal.
The lock to get into the flat was a bit of a hassle and even though it was lovely, the Christmas tree was the only light in the living room other than the ceiling lights, some lamps wouldn’t go amiss.

The location is excellent and the space itself is nicely furnished with everything you might need.
Overall, the apartment has lots of potential and could be a fantastic stay if it received a deep clean, some repairs, and refreshed linens. For those who aren’t particular, it might still work well, but for guests expecting spotless and well-maintained conditions, this may be disappointing.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness and upkeep fell short of expectations. The kitchen cabinets had greasy fingerprints all over and crumbs inside. The bathrooms also needed attention: while the sinks and showers were okay, the toilets hadn’t been cleaned, one shower drain was very slow, and there were cobwebs on a bathroom wall. The shower/tub tracks could also use a good scrub.
Other maintenance and comfort issues also stood out. The extraction fan wasn’t working in one of the bathrooms, and the handle on a bathroom window was broken, making it difficult to close properly. In addition, noise from the upstairs unit carried through quite a bit — we could hear people walking and flushing the toilet.
Smaller details added up too: dusty furniture, towels that have turned grey with age, one stained pillow, and a bathroom window that didn’t close properly.
