Top stay for Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Kashif good comms.

This is a brilliant place!! Literally 5 min walk to Rosyth station to Edinburgh. The tech is fab. Bf very impressed with that, as he is a tech nerd!! The couches very comfy to sit and watch on the giant tv. I used pillows from bedroom too. Kitchen well stocked... ice cubes too!! We had Christmas dinner here and it was fab. Bench outside for us to sit on. This place is not overlooked and quiet too. Fab comms with Kashif. Defo return here.

Nothing. Wish we could have had longer there. Bf couldn't get time off work. Next time we will stay longer. Go and explore some other parts of Scotland. This was my fave digs of our trip to Edinburgh, York then sheffield stop over on way home to Shropshire.

shocking this property is 4x overpriced i would highly put people off booking here

The title of this property is 'Premier' this property is far from premier. the property is supposed to sleep 5 quests yet there was only 1 mug, 2 forks, 3 spoons. the heating was on 100degrees or off. the sofas are peeling they are that used and old. dirty/damaged walls. main bedroom had no bulb in the main light and there was a lamp which couldnt be used either because the only socket in the room is on the opposite side of the room. i booked the property mainly for the driveway for security for my vehicle however when i got to the property the driveway was occupied with work equipment.

Everything was made very easy and convenient by the owner. They went above and beyond to to help accommodate my stay over the month and a half and the owner was very easy to keep in contact with. The accommodation itself was kept spotless with frequent deep cleans. the accommodation is in a good place, very close to a train station and not far from the centre and a supermarket. I had a great stay and would be more than happy to stay at this accommodation again.

Close to local supermarket and a few restaurants, 15 min car trip to the park and ride at the ferry port. Clean, tidy and convenient!

The two single beds were a little too firm for my older body! I'm sure kids would have no problem with them. Traveling as 4 adults does make things tricky in this regard.

The address was not clear on the original documentation. We had a lot of issues locating the unit. The information on how to get into the property was not emailed to us until we actually arrived at the property. The stairs to the property were very steep. In the original reservation there was no indication that the unit was on the second level.

This was a lovely apartment. It is beautifully presented and very clean. The location for anyone wanting to explore the area is great. It is near the Rosyth train station for an easy and picturesque trip across the bridge to Edinburgh. It has everything you need and the addition of tea, coffee, milk on arrival was very welcome. We enjoyed the fact that it was within a quiet local area.

Response to communication was a little slow but did happen.

I did not get to look inside the property

the staff were unbelievably rude and I was scammed my payment was accepted yet I was not granted access as I could not provide documents which wasn’t a condition for booking and he also asked intrusive and invasive questions which had no relevance and was none of there business , I have never been treated this way from any hospitality professional and this will be taken further with booking.com and making a lawsuit claim for discrimination and fraud.

Only negative kitchen in need of a wee bit attention,loose door handle and couldn't open the window but this didn't spoil our stay.
