Absolutely everything this apartment has everything we needed and more was immaculate throughout the hosts were amazing the welcome box was lovely the instructions booklet was very handy can't wait to come back

The apartment is lovely inside. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. Communication from the host was great and the welcome basket of snacks and drinks was very much appreciated.
The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet at night.
The location is a great base for exploring this part of Scotland. We did day trips to Edinburgh and St. Andrews, both were an easy drive from here.

Great location for exploring the area with a car. No problems parking directly across the road from the property. Neighbours said hello but didn't start interrogating us, which was nice change from other places we've stayed at recently.
The welcome basket was a nice touch - thanks :)
The flat is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are some basic supplies in the kitchen. Everything was in good working order.
You can tell the hosts care and make an effort.
We would have been happy to have stayed even longer if our plans hadn't been different.
Overall, the price we paid was fair and we highly recommend this property.
These are really minor points and shouldn't influence other guests' decisions to stay here:
The hot water could have been a bit hotter, but it wasn't so cold that we felt we needed to complain or contact the hosts. I imagine this is easily fixed.
We found an old pizza slice (not ours, since we didn't eat pizza there) under the sofa whilst cleaning before we left. Other than that, the place was very clean. Maybe mention it to the cleaning staff, since guests shouldn't be finding things whilst cleaning that the cleaning staff should have found first.
We weren't sure about the safety of the neighbourhood initially, but it turned out OK. Nothing bad happened. This is a factor that the hosts can't influence anyway.
