Chiara was great. Good communication and helped us get a taxi on checkout morning. The apartment was very clean and was fine for our needs.
We really only needed a place to sleep for one night near the airport. We arrived at around midnight, very tired, and were surprised to realize that the beds were unmade. I've never stayed in short term rental where we had to make our own beds so that was a negative. We were also short 4 pillow cases and the beds were hard. The window AC unit was only in the living room.
