palazzo storico nel centro storico della città, camere arrangiate prive di tende alla finestra
bagno grande e nuovo, bello. Peccato però che nella descrizione su booking non è specificato che il bagno è distaccato rispetto alla camera e quindi devi obbligatoriamente uscire, fare tutto il corridoio in comune con gli altri ospiti per poi raggiungerlo. Abbastanza scomodo.
camera senza tende alla finestra che decidevano per te quando dovevi svegliarti. Odore sgradevole fin dall'arrivo, coperte con macchie di sporco evidenti.

I contatti con chi gestisce sono stati immediati
Le foto traggono in inganno. Mostrano tra le varie immagini di stanze di ben altro livello rispetto a quella attribuita. Il prezzo richiesto è ottimo se riferito alle belle immagini, sovradimensionato rispetto alla stanza attribuita. Poi il sistema di self check-in non ha funzionato, ci siamo ritrovati nella stanza sbagliata. E ci è stata data la colpa di questo errore, per non averlo segnalato. Nemmeno ce ne siamo resi conto. Alla fin fine, un'ospitalità di basso livello.

La Pulizia davvero scarsa. Inoltre la Stanza odorava di Fumo e questo ci ha costretti a lavare tutti gli abiti al rientro Bagno privato Esterno Terzo Piano senza ascensore
