It is very spacious - more than enough room for the three of us. The kitchen is extremely well equipped should you want to cook a meal or do some washing. There was lots of brioche, Melba toast and cakes for breakfast and long life milk in the fridge as well as a toaster and coffee machine. The air con is good and also provides heat. The bathroom is spacious and the shower was good. A good hairdryer and straighteners were provided. The decor is fresh. The host Alessio is very quick to respond to messages and ready to provide information. The location is great. A short walk from the station - not Prato Centrale but Prato Porta al Serraglio. It was easy to get to Lucca, Florence and Pisa. There are lots of shops and good restaurants nearby.

It was not a problem for us but anyone with mobility problems might find the staircase leading to the apartment a bit of a challenge. There are also two steps up to the bathroom. It was not a problem for us though. Also, as with other properties in the historic centres of Italian towns and cities there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but I don’t think this could be helped. The bathroom had several diffusers to help with this.

Great host, spacious apt, near Asian markets

The host offered me what I really needed for breakfast in addition to what he had already prepared for us. This is one of the best customer services! The apartment has everything a family needs. The bathroom is like high-end hotel grade, very impressed. Bonus - there is a China town nearby by walk within 12 minutes. Seafood and meat at Union City supermarket are inexpensive. To-go restaurants are available nearby with very reasonable prices. That convenience saves my time doing grocery shopping and saves money while traveling.

The clothes rack can be arranged on the premises outside the kitchen. It is much better location, easier to access and also for privacy, better than placed them on the ground floor.

The coffee machine didn't work. The stairs are rather steep, but that's normal for an old building. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn't work during our stay.

Very good stay for a few days when visiting Florence.

Apartment is very spacey and close to the trainstation. The parking is a 10mins walk from the apartment and is cheap (1,80 per day). Not available on monday because of a local market. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient for a quick bite to cover the time until an excellent breakfast in Florence Mercato Centrale. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Sounds from the street enter the apartment very easy through the single glass. Luckily it's not an area where people are on the street very late.

Great time in Prato 🇮🇹 😊

The location was great. Everything you needed and wanted to see was within easy reach. The apartment was spacious and clean. You can go to Florence from Prato by train. It's cheap and the station right around the corner. The host is totally friendly and absolutely helpful. Self check-in was perfect. I can recommend this apartment and would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

There are a few stairs up to the apartment which are quite steep, but still manageable. The apartment could do with some carpets. But that's coming from a person who doesn't like to walk around inside with street shoes on. ;-) The breakfast could be improved, but there are plenty of options to eat elsewhere.

Very good

The house is big and organized, and everything you need is already prepared. The owner and his family are very cute and they are happy to help you whenever you want. You can go to Florance, you can easily go there with 8 mins walk to the train + 25 mins train. I hope to stay there again in the near future.

The entrance of the building has a heavy smell, but it didn't bother us.

Nette, großzügige Wohnung im zweiten Stock (Achtung steile Treppe). Bequemes Bett. Ausreichend großer Schrank und Kommode, Spülmaschine.

Geruch der Kanalisation im Bad. Kennen wir aber auch aus anderen italienischen Gebäuden.

Posizione eccellente sia per Prato che per raggiungere Firenze in treno. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e ha sempre risposto celermente. Bella casa e molto spaziosa anche per 4 persone. Pulita.

Appartamento funzionale in centro a Prato

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, in pieno centro a Prato. Gli ambienti sono ben suddivisi ed è spazioso.

Aggiungerei qualche padella / pentola per chi vuole cucinare. L'odore emanato dal bagno non era molto piacevole, ma credo sia un problema di fognatura del centro, dato che l'ho riscontrato anche in altri luoghi della città (bar, ristoranti, etc).
