Nette, großzügige Wohnung im zweiten Stock (Achtung steile Treppe). Bequemes Bett. Ausreichend großer Schrank und Kommode, Spülmaschine.
Geruch der Kanalisation im Bad. Kennen wir aber auch aus anderen italienischen Gebäuden.

It is very spacious - more than enough room for the three of us. The kitchen is extremely well equipped should you want to cook a meal or do some washing. There was lots of brioche, Melba toast and cakes for breakfast and long life milk in the fridge as well as a toaster and coffee machine. The air con is good and also provides heat. The bathroom is spacious and the shower was good. A good hairdryer and straighteners were provided. The decor is fresh. The host Alessio is very quick to respond to messages and ready to provide information. The location is great. A short walk from the station - not Prato Centrale but Prato Porta al Serraglio. It was easy to get to Lucca, Florence and Pisa. There are lots of shops and good restaurants nearby.
It was not a problem for us but anyone with mobility problems might find the staircase leading
to the apartment a bit of a challenge. There are also two steps up to the bathroom. It was not a problem for us though. Also, as with other properties in the historic centres of Italian towns and cities there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but I don’t think this could be helped. The bathroom had several diffusers to help with this.

Lokalizacja korzystna, blisko Duomo. Czysto. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co jest potrzebne na kilka dni pobytu.
Strome i wąskie schody na drugie piętro. Ciężkie stare drzwi (ze sztabą od środka), które trudno otworzyć (trzeba przyciągnąć do siebie, ale niełatwo odkryć ten sposób). Klucze są w schowku, który ma kod, ale nie od razu otwiera się zapadka. W lokalu drzwi od łazienki i pokoju skrzypią, co jest uciążliwe w nocy. Stara instalacja hałasuje przy każdym puszczeniu wody. Za mało jest uchwytów na ręczniki w łazience. Najgorsze, co nam się przytrafiło (dwie obce sobie osoby), to jedno łóżko z jedną wspólną pościelą. W drugim pokoju jest niewygodna stara kanapa bez pościeli. Gospodarz po interwencji zażądał 10 euro za dodatkowy komplet pościeli. Chodzi jednak o tę kanapę, która jest wąska i niewygodna. Gospodarz, któremu przesłane zostały dokumenty meldunkowe, wiedział, że przyjeżdżają dwie osoby i zapłaciły za apartament z dwoma pokojami i dwoma łóżkami, a nie jednym małżeńskim.
