The best place to stay if you're in Prato.

The host- Luca is a wonderful person. We arrived a lot later than we were supposed to, but he waited for us and made us feel very welcome. He was there whenever we needed any information - be it about Prato, parking or even places to visit in Florence. The apartment is so beautiful, neat and cozy. We stayed there for one night but I really wish we had more time to stay there for a couple of nights. Prato itself is so charming and the access to the railway station from this home is absolutely great. Its the best choice to stay here and take day trips to other destinations. Also, the house is a lot better in real life than in pictures.

Maybe they could've provided a good breakfast. Other than that, we have no complaints.

Spacious flat with excellent location.

Space, ceiling height, very well equipped. Supplies upon arrival were excellent and unexpected, which made my stay nicer and cheaper. I would return and recommend.

Lack of light, with only 1 window (aside from tiny skylight). Street was a little noisy, but that is most small, condensed old towns like this.

Very nice property with perfect location.

I loved everything. Very clean property with perfect location. It had everything you need for stay. Felt like home. You can make your food, iron your clothes, do everything like at your home. I’m coming back for sure. Train and buss is just around corner. All the tourist sightseeing walking distance next to property. Just perfect! ❤️

The host was very nice and the apartment was clean and cozy. I personally liked the decor, it was cute. The location was also good.

It’s not warm enough for winter. The main thing though is that the hot water was limited and it took 2 hours to get it warm after one person used the shower… Unfortunately, we did not know it in advance and learnt it hard way when my friend run out of hot water in the middle of shower.

The appartament is in the center of Prato near the station and bus stop you can reach any area in toscany very good. Is nice and cosy good duvet for the winter nigth confortable sofa. Very clean.

Miss washing machine aircon come eating some time not make very warm. The street is not the best in the center some time it is a lot of people standing in the corner extracomunitary you can feel be intimidating but this is not of corse responsibility of the owner of the flats but as a traveller reviewed I have to say. The people live above the flat they are noise in the evening. Unfortunately put insulation cover the beauty of the ceiling. But is something you have to know.

I like the warmth and cozy feeling of the place, it was so comfortable as if I'm at my own home. The owner was also very accommodating and very helpful as well, he made us feel so at home in his facility. The place it self was so clean and tidy, and the fact that it was a minute away by walk from the station was a very big help for us tourist. We will definitely book again from this apartment in case we'll come back.

Piccolo e curato. Una casa d’altri tempi

L’appartamento è particolare e carino ma forse non è il mio genere.

La posizione é vicina al centro ma non mi é piaciuta per nulla come zona. Non ha riscaldamento ma pompe di calore quindi l’appartamento si scalda in modo non uniforme e l’aria calda addosso a me da un po’ fastidio. É un po’ piccolo tutto anche se curato. Diciamo che per una notte va benissimo.

EXCELENTE ELECCIÓN

La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada y es muy cómoda y bonita, aunque el baño esta en la planta de arriba y hay que subir escaleras, pero para mi no fue ningún inconveniente. Tiene de todo para que pases unos días estupendos. Esta a 3 minutos andando a la estación de tren, que te deja en el centro de Florencia en 20 minutos. Sin duda una excelente opción para visitar Florencia. Los dueños son muy simpaticos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema.

Olia un poco como a gato, pero yo soy bastante rara pa los olores.

Als ik iets moet zeggen, de trappenhuis ruikt naar kattenbak (wellicht van de buren). En de douche is vrij laag, mijn man is 1.86m en het is voor hem niet te doen🤣🤣

Il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo. Avevo prenotato l'appartamento per mio padre, che doveva arrivare in occasione del mio matrimonio, e lui è stato estremamente disponibile. Mio padre ha avuto un ritardo di due ore a causa di un incidente in autostrada, ma il proprietario ha avuto la pazienza di aspettarlo, permettendo a me di effettuare il check-in al suo posto. Il giorno successivo, proprio il giorno del mio matrimonio, gli ho chiesto se mio padre potesse fare il check-out alle 11 e mi ha risposto subito di sì, senza alcun problema. È stato davvero un tesoro: io ero nel caos più totale e lui si è dimostrato gentilissimo, una persona stupenda. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Casa carina, cucina con tutto il necessario per farsi da mangiare. Posizione comodissima vicino alla stazione porta al Serraglio e piazza Mercatale. Host gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.

Appartamentino con carattere

Appartamento super fornito di tutto. Qualunque cosa ti potesse servire c’era. A partire dal necessario base per cucinare a i film da vedere. Casa con un occhio di riguardo verso i più piccoli, tanti libri e film per bambini. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, a cinque minuti dal grande parcheggio della piazza (dove abbiamo lasciato l’auto) e a tre minuti dal centro.

Per nostro gusto personale abbiamo trovato i cuscini scomodi.

Una piccola coccola!

I proprietari sono veramente persone che sanno coccolare l’ospite con tante attenzioni. L’appartamento pulitissimo é a due secondi dalla stazione e vicino al centro storico.

In inverno il sistema di riscaldamento con condizionatore secca molto l’aria e se hai mal di gola é terribile.
