Pleasant stay near transport and shops

Handy little kitchen with sink, stove, fridge/freezer - we were able to cook there - we used the toaster, kettle and manual Italian Moka Express coffee/espresso device provided - we used the fridge, freezer, stove and sink with no problems - we did not make use of the provided microwave Good central living/dining room area - no couch but table with chairs and smart TV - large storage for the plentiful plates cups, glasses, Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private small patio (locking gate) - couldn't hear the trains. Second large bedroom on the side facing the train. There was a friendly welcome at the apartment and the hosts let us stay a little longer after we cleaned up to leave, picking up our luggage later. The apartment has handy access to the train station and is only one floor up from the ground at the top of the stairs. The bathroom was great - shower, toilet and sink with a window with screen. All windows had bug screens and shutters to keep out the light and noise. Cleaning products and toilet paper were provided. No free food products provided (or expected) so bring your own coffee. The shower, sinks and toilet had no problems.

Worth to stay to visit Tuscany

We spent in the apartment 10 amazing days. It is just after restauration, well equiped, all furniture, things are new. The apartment perfecly located- 5 minutes from train station where you can connect all directions.Parking in the restricted, safe area under the station on the other side of the street. The owner intersted in our stay, recomended places to eat, buy, visit. We could count on him and ask at any time.

La proximité de la gare de train pour se rendre à Florence et les environs. Plusieurs commerces, restaurants, aux alentours. L'hôte Mauro est de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter.

Buena ubicación si vas a Florencia

La ubicación y la limpieza. Cama cómoda se duerme muy bien a pesar de estar al lado de la vía del tren. Anfitrión muy amable nos da buenas recomendaciones para cenar por la zona y información turística . Sin duda Repetiremos para el siguiente viaje a Florencia.

el baño que si vamos en grupos de amigos hay que pasar por una habitación ya que está dentro de ella y si vas de noche al baño despiertas al que esta durmiendo. No tiene cafetera por poner una pega.

Punto estratégico en la Toscana!!!

El alojamiento es muy cómodo y práctico dispone de buenas camas y todos los utensilios necesarios si la estadía es de varios días. Ideal si deseas conocer varios sitios de la toscana y decides hacerlo en tren (Florencia, Pisa , Lucca entre otras). Adicionalmente quiero agradecer todo el apoyo dado por Mauro, desde el primer día nos dio muchos tips relacionados con la ciudad de Prato (que vale la pena explorar) así como de la gastronomía de la ciudad y las ventajas de ir a sitios de la Toscana. La verdad muchas gracias por todo.

Tolle Lage, freundlicher Vermieter, sympathische Unterkunft

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Eine Beanstandung in der Unterkunft hat er umgehend repariert. Hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten. Wir haben alle hervorragend geschlafen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus, welches man gratis nutzen kann.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, falls man wirklich kochen möchte. Aber da wir jeden Abend essen waren hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört. Allerdings wäre eine Kaffeemaschine toll gewesen. Vielleicht gibt es ja eine, wenn ich das nächste Mal buche:-)

Окна очень плохо закрываются из за этого очень шумно и очень холодно в апартаменте.

Il gestore gentilissimo, una super guida per una città che non conoscevamo. Ci ha consigliato posti sia dove mangiare ma anche da visitare. Esperienza positivissima. Consiglio vivamente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento che ha prontamente risolto.
