great modern apartment in an Italian old town.

amazing modern apartment in an old building, in the middle of the old town. awesome rooftop terrace with view over the surrounding buildings.

getting the luggage in was a bit of a struggle, sice thew streets are small and mostly pedestrian

Really good place, but too expensive for such a town

I like coffee machine and tablets for it, new white towels and sheets, everything is clean. Free Wi-Fi, wireless charger next to the bed.

But the toilet is awful honestly :)

Spacious, well-located apartment, mixed degree of attention to detail

The location suited us well, close to Monash & many restaurants, bars, & pasticceria. It was spacious, quiet, with great air conditioning even on hot days. Good equipment for ironing. Outside terrace w glimpse of rooftops & earshot of church bells. Ample space for luggage, clothes, & dressing. When we accidentally got locked out of the apartment (easy to do!), the staff promptly helped us to solve the dilemma. Lovely linen & towels, comfy bed & pillows.

a few things. Plumbing issues in petite penthouse. Water pressure possibly to blame, but toilet flush is inefficient & odd. The shower has 2 heads, but impossible to toggle b/w the two. Instead, cold water dribbles out of overhead rosette, while the hot water flows from the hand held nozzle. In kitchen, only 3 wine glasses instead of 4. No flat plates. No tea towel. Written advice to sort rubbish as per posted instructions, but no instructions were provided. Sliding doors slip off rails at both ends. One of the 3 chairs was broken; we learned this when we first sat & it collapsed.

It featured new furniture and appliances as well as up to date electronic features, including 6 skylights and wireless charging pads. The bathroom featured a large shower and storage areas.

Wifi was spotty and very slow. Areas to place trash were not clearly indicated, and trash bags we not provided.

Foi ótimo.

A localização é excelente e o apartamento é ótimo. Tem ar condicionado, que para nós foi usado com frequencia pelo calor que estava em setembro.2023 quando viajamos. Todos os pontos do anúncio estavam lá, batendo com a descrição do lugar. Para quem quer visitar a Toscana, Prato é uma região estratégica, porque fica a 30 minutos de Florença de trem. Recomendo essa hospedagem.

Eu não vejo como ponto negativo, porque não me incomoda, mas como o apartamento está em uma localização central e excelente, os bares e resturantes ficam aberto até aproximadamente meia noite o que causa um pouco de barulho. Mas o ponto positivo é que descendo no apartamento encontramos todos os tipos de bares, restaurantes, panificio, gelateria, etc. Em Prato se come muito bem por preços excelentes.
