We stayed in Prato with our family for several days, and the accommodation matched the description very well. July in Italy was extremely hot, but the air conditioning kept the apartment very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to spend the evening once it had cooled down a little. The apartment is centrally located, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby, and the train station is also within a reasonable distance.
The only minor downside was that there were quite few chairs in the apartment, as one of them was broken.
