Comfortable and Practical - As expected based on the online booking

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was practical and suited our purpose since we planned to spend most of the day out in Florence. But if you plan to have meals at the apartment, it was well equipped. The apartment is very quiet and felt safe since you needed a key to access the common area and stairwell before even getting to the room. That's a great bonus. Prato was only a 20 minute train ride to Florence which we chose so we could be less than 30 minutes from Florence for a lower price than staying in Florence. But you could also stay a little closer in Rifredi or Sesto. We arrived earlier than expected and the host was kind enough to let us check in early. Since he wasn't expecting us, he went out of his way to bring us the key early. Thank you! We were glad for the espresso machine, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed.

Although we didn't have any negative experiences in the neighborhood, we didn't want to walk down the streets at dark so we came home before sunset every night. There is one grocery store within walking distance but it was closed while we were there and there aren't any other convenience stores within a 10/15 minute walk-which isn't a deal breaker but a reminder to stop at the store before getting on the train if you need something. No complaints about the unit and apartment itself.

Le foto su Booking non corrispondo assolutamente all'appartamento che in realtà, benché pulito, risulta vecchio e datato. Avevo richiesto stampa cartacea della ricevuta per poterla presentare alla mia azienda in fase di nota spese ma la richiesta non è stata considerata.

3 nuits très agréabes pour visiter Florence.

Le logement est très bien placé pour visiter Florence entre autre (10 min de la gare). La rue est calme et nous avons pu garer la voiture au pied de l'immeuble. Notre hôte nous a très bien renseigné et est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

Molta manutenzione da fare

L' appartamento era molto pulito

Purtroppo l' appartamento ha bisogno di fare molta manutenzione. A parte una cappa del forno inesistente, due fornelli su quattro che non funzionano, e qualche lampadina bruciata, il problema più grosso è la macchina esterna dell'aria condizionata... che si funziona (senza sarebbe impossibile stare dentro) ma fa un rumore talmente forte che si sente ovunque nell'appartamento e di notte con il silenzio è una tortura.
