Showed up and someone was in my room was given another room but the sheets were not clean nd hair allover carpet
Fromt door didn’t lock completely broken so ppl walked in and out all night if it wasn’t for the door lock i wudve been in danger

With little improvements this can be a super nice place to stay
It's an economic place where you have access to all types of facilities: a kitchen, a washing machine, a private bedroom, etc. Connections to the city centre are easy; you can easily walk there. This is my 4th time here, and I guess I will come back again. It is a nice trade-off.
My stay was good overall. I truly appreciate the owners’ flexibility and kindness, especially for allowing me a late check-out during my previous visit. So I took this time to leave some comments as friendly and constructive feedback to help improve what is already a good place. The main issue is that it could use a bit more care and attention. Let me put some examples: - The cleaning could still be a bit more consistent, e.g. emptying bins or tidying common areas more regularly, cleaning the fridge, etc. - The facilities are nice overall. The bathrooms and kitchen look recently renovated, and there are useful appliances. But small and essential items are missing, such as forks or knives (there was not a single fork in the house and I realised it after finishing cooking!), kitchen roll paper, renovating the pans, extra bins, hangers in wardrobes, and mirrors and bins in the bedrooms. These are all inexpensive details that would make the stay much more comfortable. - Some furniture could also benefit from a little renovation. For example, the sofas and table in the kitchen, the fridge does not work very well, the desks and chairs in the bedrooms, and the rear garden, which would be lovely if cleaned and better maintained. These updates would make a big difference in how welcoming and comfortable the house feels. - There’s no on-site staff (which is perfectly fine), but communication happens through messages or calls. The team is helpful, though not always immediately available, so it’s a good idea to confirm all details before arrival (check-in code, assigned room, etc.) as response times can vary. - Finally, the Wi-Fi signal can be weak in some areas of the house, likely because it’s a large, three-floor building. Adding a Wi-Fi repeater or two would probably fix it easily. Overall, it’s a good stay with great potential, and it has improved over my previous visits. I think with a few small changes, it could be a great option to stay in Nottingham.
