HMO - room was clean and serviceable.
Downside - no cutlery/crockery in good sized kitchen (good job I carry my own). Bin had been used.
Bed was too soft for me but otherwise ok.
Plus side - lovely sofa and TV.
Bathrooms upstairs but lots of stuff in way.
Bike in inside hallway so not ideal if reduced mobility.
Quiet and pleasant stay.
Owners don’t always answer phone or messages.

I liked the fact it's on a regular bus route in to town and as an emerncy roof it was what I needed
The tv wasn't receiving channels.
