Farmhouse "Umbichl", from the 18th century, renovated in 2020. Above Uttendorf 5 km from the centre of Uttendorf, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the lake, 20 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. Children's playground, petting farm. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 3 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Pirtendorf Bahnhof" 7 km, railway station "Pirtendorf" 7 km, bathing lake 4 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 20 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sportregion Zell am See 20 km, Weißsee 22 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Please register dogs in advance!
