Overall, a very smooth, clean, and high-quality stay. Highly recommended.

The management team is extremely helpful and well-organized. This is a fully remote-managed property, so you don’t meet anyone in person, but communication, guidance, and response times were excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, especially the kitchen, which was well-equipped and well maintained. All appliances are Miele and in almost new condition, which really adds to the comfort. We stayed in Apartment No. 3, which has three bedrooms (one en-suite). The balcony is great and the view is more than sufficient. The location is very convenient — only about 150 meters from Schmittenhöhebahn. You can easily reach Zell am See center using bus 71, which is free of charge (last return around 18:00). Taxis are easy to find afterward and cost around €17.60. As a small suggestion (not a complaint): the living room sofas are new and clean, but slightly cozier seating could make the space even more comfortable.

Amazing for couples and families. Definitely recommend it

Amazing stay. Wonderful hosts. The appartments are big and the view is amaazing. We could see the skies right from our windows. The bathrooms are clean and have bidets. Kitchen is full and ready for all meals. We enjoyed it as a family with kids. Location is very close to center of zell am see ( 5 min drive). The hosts made everything ready before our arrival. Will definitely recommend it for everyone. One of the best places in zell am see.

The location of the apartment is hilarious nice view and absolutely quiet. The view from the balcony was great. The apartment was well equipped nice and clean. We've enjoyed our stay here pretty much.

Great for families, especially Arabs

The apartments are wonderful with breathtaking views in a calm and quiet area where you can enjoy the scenery. The quality of the materials in the building is top notch and the finishing of everything is superb. The bathrooms were clean and the bidet availability was important for us Arabs. The host was very friendly and welcoming and we had no issues with the whole process of checking in and out

As we booked during a very very hot summer, we would've appreciated the availability of air-conditioning.

Location. the Bathrooms have Rinsers which would be considered a plus for many people.

The quality of the beds could be more comfy and firm.. You have to stay steady while sleeping or everyone in the apartment will hear you start tossing and turning from side to side. The sofa bed was more comfortable and stronger in quality than the beds inside the rooms.. I would recommend replacing the beds in the rooms with the same type of sofa-bed in the living room... During the entire stay (4 nights) we could not wash our cloths as the washing machine was shared with the other guests, as well the iron which I was lucky enough to use it once!

Check in process can be improved. We had to wait some time for the manager to arrive. However, manager was friendly and approachable. We received a bottle of wine as apology for the delayed check in.

Perfekte Lage für Skifahrer oder Gondelnutzer. Moderner Skiraum ebenerdig und nur ein paar Schritte zum und vom PKW entfernt. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gemütlich, extrem sauber, moderne Geräte und sehr gute Betten.

Výborná lokalita, pekný, priestranný a praktický apartmán, sauna, komunikácia s prevádzkovateľmi/majiteľmi. O saune je v informáciach len krátka zmienka (čo je škoda), ale je to bonus, ktorý stojí za vyzdvihnutie, je to tam a je to naozaj pripravené pre zákazníkov. Tie podmienky rezervácie a ceny treba dotazovať u prevádzkovateľov, mohli by byť zverejnené, ale stojí za to sa pýtať, odpovedajú veľmi promptne.
