TOP 7 apartman

Very beautiful apartman with lots of space, very well managed property with large ski room. Very easy check in with safe box, very comfortable beds. fully equiped kitchen. I do recommends this acomodation its very good. 9/10

very steep garage - i did scratch front (bottom) of VW Arteon no hand soap - take your own :) only 2 key cards to room - might be useful for group of eight to have more cards

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartment - couldn’t recommend it enough.

really great space for a group trip - the open plan kitchen / lounge area was perfect for cooking and socialising in the evenings. All the rooms/ bathrooms were also great quality and we LOVED the heated boot rack in the ski room - gets the day off to a great start.

Summer holiday - Family of 3

The apartment itself is beautiful, very comfortable and very clean. Everything in the apartment was of a high standard, which was great! The photo's of the apartments inside certainly are the same. It had everything we needed inside. The location near to Hinterglemm (5 minutes walk) is perfect. Saalbach is a 30 minute lovely walk ... super easy! The area is great for people who want to go both walking and mountain biking.

It's a built up area and views are limited as there apartments & building works on most sides. Felt overlooked by others. The area/other buildings outside are clearly being renovated and we had the pleasure of workers from 07:30 everday until 17:00 so we couldnt really sit outside, without the banging and dust. Imagine for winter this will be different. Our first week we had a family with 4 kids above us and that was loud - especially as they dragged the outside furniture across the balcony every night (no idea why). Recommend families be placed on the middle or ground floor, when possible.

Wonderful view from the balcony. The appartment is spacious and full of light, very cosy, clean and well equipped. Nice design.

Would be great to change towels at least once per 3-4 days. No bathrobes and towels for sauna.

For the price paying you consider towels change included and towels available for the sauna. Not a problem to bring yours but if you just discover @ the sauna there are none available its a bit strange

Schönes Apartment mit ausbaufähigen Details.

Modernes Apartment mit sehr schöner Einrichtung, gute Betten, geräumige Zimmer, sauber. Hochwertige Ausstattung (Induktionsherd, verschiedene Gläser, Ofen, Mikrowelle etc) Zwei große Saunen, mit schönen Duschen. Direkt am Lift

Leider ist die Kommunikation nur über Chat möglich, die Telefonnummer kann nicht abgerufen werden. Auf eine Antwort wartet man eine Weile. Wir kamen nicht mehr in unser Zimmer da die Batterien des Zimmer Schlosses (elektrisch) leer waren. Es war niemand erreichbar, wir kamen von der Sauna und saßen 2h im Bademantel im Treppenhaus fest bis durch ZUFALL!! ein anderer Gast kam der eine Telefonnummer der Rezeption hatte, da bei seiner Buchung eine Komplikation auftrat. Sonst hätten wir wohl im Treppenhaus schlafen müssen. Außerdem habe ich vor Anreise nach Toilettenpapier, Handtüchern und Müllbeuteln gefragt, es hieß dass alles vorhanden ist. Während des Aufenthaltes fragte ich per Chat nach Nachschub, dort hieß es dann dass nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier und ein Müllbeutel inklusive ist, der Rest muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Dabei hatte ich vorher extra gefragt. Man sagte, dass man etwas vorbei bringt aber es kam nichts an. Handtücher gibt es für jeden ein großes und kleines, was etwas wenig ist für Sauna Nutzung. Allerdings haben wir netterweise von jemandem im Haus Nachschub bekommen. Wenn man das vorher weiß, kann man sich da selbst versorgen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Schneide Messer und Töpfe sind etwas Sperlich für 6 Personen (3 Töpfe, nur sehr 2 große Messer) Außerdem gab es nur 5 Stühle am Esstisch. Einer musste immer auf einem Beistelltisch sitzen.

Fint rymligt boende. Enkelt att checka in. Bekväm parkering både inom och utomhus. Det låg nära en av liftarna för att sedan ta sig till de större kabinliftarna. Nära till skidbussar. Och några minuters promenadavstånd till Hinterglemm. Ca 20 min promenad till Saalbach. Finns skiduthyrning i huset bredvid som var hjälpsamma. Hyresvärdarna gav snabbinfo om via mail om man undrade ngt eller om det var ngn information som allmänt behövde informeras om.

Inte mkt att klaga på. Men tunga stolar som skrapar i på våningen ovanför. Vi hade likadana.
